Got this nudge in my mind to write Taori's story from my other fic, Let Out The Beast.

So, yeah, this is basically a Mortal Instruments AU. I might just write the other couple's story mentioned from this 'mini-series' of mine. I have an idea of that couple's story already but I chose to write this Taoris one first because, well, the other couple is my OTP. Teehee.

You don't have to read Mortal Instruments to understand this story. But just in case, here is something that might help you. Shadowhunter is like demon slayer who are part angel, part human. Downworlders are magical creatures and mundanes are normal human. Feys (part angel, part demon; immortal) and warlock (part demon; immortal) are Downworlders. Shadowhunters and Downworlders are not enemies. Institute is like the HQ of the Shadowhunters in a region. In this case, Seoul region. Shadowhunters can stay there, train there, etc etc. Stele is like a wand, used to draw magic runes on themselves for whatever purpose they want it to be, for example, an iratze is a healing rune. Drawing it on heals... something. Seraph blades are weapons, like knives. Praetor Lupus is an elite werewolves society. Clave is somewhat like the governement.
