Tao buys himself a beautiful dragon bracelet for his birthday. But what is he supposed to do when the bracelet transforms into a handsome young man named Kris...right in the middle of Tao's birthday party?!

    The dragon's form shrunk and twisted, its silver scales melting away. Flawless tan skin revealed itself, the dragon's from changing into a young man crouched shuddering on the wooden floor. He was on his knees in front of me and the muscles of his back shifted as he raised his head, staring at me openly. 
    His gold eyes glowed from above his high cheekbones. His nose was straight and somewhat slender, his face tapering down into his slightly pointed chin. His brows were thick and framed his gold eyes perfectly, his pointed ears rising from his shaggy silver hair. I caught my breath as I looked down the expanse of his perfect face, neck, and chest. He was absolutely beautiful, the muscles of his biceps flexing as he supported part of his weight on his hands. 
    "Do I still scare you?" The dragon—although he wasn't a dragon anymore—whispered. His voice was rough and raspy, drawling deeply from inside his chest as he panted softly. 
    "What are you?" I asked breathlessly, eyeing the perfect white teeth exposed when he spoke. His canines were larger than normal and there was a silver tinge to his skin when the light hit it. 
    "I'm Kris." Kris said, still on his knees. I nodded, stepping forward hesitantly to offer him a hand up. "But, master, do I still scare you?"
