Bio chemicals in the brain are associated with human loving emotions. Various chemical stimuli may activate romantic reaction toward others. It is like experiencing a kind of natural high.

So, imagine the chaos when one accident while performing in SBS Inkigayo turned all those present into blunt and honest love idiots, confessing their love everywhere and being obsessive-possessive.
