Prepare your heart and nourish your soul, dear mortal being. We are going to face the world full obstacles and wonders.
Foreword
“Papa, I see Mummy.” Little Sushar claimed. The four years old girl keeps pulling her so – called – father’s hand to look to the same direction as she gazed to. Her tone shows that she is super excited with the figure that she captured through her eyes.
“What are you talking about sweetie? We have to hurry. There’s a lot to be done at home.” Kim answered the little girl without having any intention to see what her daughter is pointing to. Her right hand is being pulled non stopable by little Sushar while her other free hand browses the list in her phone frantically. Tomorrow is Monday, yet another new start of the week. She has to arranged everything carefully for the rest of the week or else, their life will turn upside down.
“Pa..” Little Sushar called again.
“Yes sweetheart?” Kim responded short. The two family still stand rooted to the isolated space of the long hall way. They are at the hospital as they visited Mr.Jittaleela who was being admitted to the ward as he was suspected to have a dengue fever. Fortunately, he is fine right now.
“Mummy...” Kim heard her daughter reiterated the same thing. By the time Kim tried to refocus her attention to her one and only daughter, the little girl has already gone from her sight.
“Mummy!” Little Sushar called the name while running to a figure at the end of the hall way.
“Sushar! Don’t run in the hospital.” Kim became so guilty to raise her voice. She knows that they can’t make any noise there, but she has no choice to stop her daughter.
“Mummy! Mummy!” Sushar runs faster than Kim could ever imagine. She, herself doesn’t manage to catch the little girl even though she has quickened her pace to the max.
“Mummy..” Little Sushar finally be able to reach the figure who she has been observing awhile ago. She purposely clung her tiny hands around that figure’s legs and hugs her tight.
“Sushar, what are you doing? Look, now you’re disturbing others.” Kim panted. Her gaze are all on her little daughter. This is the first time for Sushar to behave that way.
“Pa, this is Mummy.” Little Pie burried her face in between the lady’s legs while her tight hug on the lady show no sign that she is going to let her free.
“Sushar, enough with it. Come. Let’s go home.” Kim tried pull Sushar’s hands gently from the lady’s legs. The obedient Sushar just obey her Papa and slowly steps away from the lady. She pouted, sad.
“I am really sorry Miss. My daughter is a bit naughty today.” Kim said apologetically. As soon as she redirected her gaze to the lady and their eyes met, her world spinning around and everything turn black.
