Foreword
Marriage
It had crossed as dreams of a few little girls. Admittedly, some of us have dreamt about it, wanted it, and strived to get it. Not everyone liked it; some of us had grown up detesting it and avoided it. It was simply out of a person’s perspective, yet something society needs and still very many practices despite higher rates of divorce. Because even if you and I like it or not, marriage has or is part of our life’s purpose and goals.
For achievers like Eunjung and Jiyeon who grew up surrounded by happily married couples (witnessing only very few parting ways in an ugly divorce) both girls had grown up wanting it.
Jiyeon and Eunjung had dreamed to get married only to grow up and find out that wanting marriage wasn’t enough as they found themselves among the singles around people they knew. And when they find out that everyone else had married but them, they panicked.
So they’re not going to sit around to wait for the right one to come.
