Does distance really separate us?

Jessica and Taeyeon are close friends but one lives in Hong Kong while the other lives in New York. It has been like this for 6 years but the distance never hurt their friendship because they always made it work. However when the physical distance disappears, the secret the one friend holds finally gets revealed. Will this cause them to separate or become closer?
