Fox Wedding
Description
The meteorological phenomenon in which it suddenly starts raining while the sun is still shining is called a sunshower, officially.
However in Japan it has a much nicer name it's called 'Kitsune no yomeiri' or ' the Kitsune's wedding' which means the fox's wedding.
In Japan are many stories about the mysterious 'Kitsune no yomeiri' but the most common one is that two fox spirits, of the Shinto kami Inari, who are immortal in love for centuries finally get married with the bliss of their Goddess.
So every time a sunshower is somewhere a big, beautiful wedding is celebrated by the venerable Spirits.
Wouldn't it be great to marry during a fox wedding?- At least Sunggyu thought so.
Foreword
Sunggyu was a shy and secluded child, he didn't had many friends in his neighborhood, actually he didn't had friends at all but he was used to be alone.
He never seemed to be lonely or at least that was what he used to tell himself.
But everything changed when a new family moved to his neighborhood, they even bought the house next to his. The new family had two sons one of them was around Sunggyus age only two years younger while the other one was a lot older than Sunggyu.
It didn't take long until Sunggyu learned that their new neighbors were the Nams and that their youngest sons name was Woohyun.
And again it didn't take long for the happy, ball of sunshine Woohyun is, to melt the cold and lonely heart of Sunggyu.
Woohyun made space in Sunggyus heart for him and Sunggyu let him stay there. They become friends in no time, they even became best friends and Sunggyu realized that he had been lonely and hurt all the time before his personal sunshine saved him from the dark and showed him the light.
And one happy day during a fox wedding they made a promise, the only problem is that you can't keep all promises you've made.
"I'll marry you when I'm old enough, so don't forget me."
"You will?"
"Of Course."
"Promise?"
"Yes,Promise."
