Background story:

Many millenium ago, the Hari and the Cor'th were Shape-shifters. Some of the shape-shifters evolved, to become EXO.* Many centuries ago,however, EXO decided to separate and thus formed the Hari and the Cor'th. The difference between the two is that the Hari is about individuality, while the Cor'th is about  being a team, working together. There are still some Shape-shifters. There are still Shape-shifters, but they do not come into this story.

Shape-shifters are:

They can live on forever, unless killed in battle**. Their specialty is shape-shifting, hence the name.thy have magic and therefore can do anything, be it go back in time or levitate things, so long they are not touching gold. If they are touching gold, they would be like normal human beings, unable to do any magic. They would also be stuck in whatever form they were in. The shape- shifter can change for and look, only the colour and shade of his eyes cannot be changed. Each person's eyes is of an unique shade. Each  shape-shifter has an element( there are four elements: Fire Earth Air Water) ( e.g. Chanyeol, Fire) Somecan be a little more complex. ( e.g. Chen, Lightning. It is two elements Fire and Air), ( Kris, Flight. It branches from Air to Flight) ( Xiumin, Frost. It is a two elements , Air and Water, before branching into cold and finally Frost) It basically means that that particular element or sub-element is their strong magic point.  He can, for example, manipulate water even though his element is Fire, he must use more energy and magic than one whose element  is Water. The colour of their wings is the same as their eyes.

The Hari are:

a bit like Shape-shifters, they can also be killed in battle. Their specialty is their individuality. For example, Chanyeol would mostly work on Fire skills as his element is Fire. They have magic, but it is of a lesser kind compared to the Shape-shifters. Their weakness is also gold. gold, they would be like normal humans, unable to do magic. They would also be stuck in whatever form they were in. Each Hari has a element ( meaning and use is the same as Shape- shifters and Cor'th) They love in the Sky. They still change form. Their eyes are the only thing can cannot be changed. They each have an unique shade of eyes. The colour if their blood is blue, blue as the sky. They have no ranks, except for five lords and a king, who make rules and make sure all is well. The descendants of each six will take the place of "lord" but only the best ( they take a mind test, that is, a crystal filled with the powers of the past kings, will test them to see the most worthy of the title "king") The king, for seven generations, have been Suho's line. Both males and females can be worthy of the titles. 

The Cor'th are:

the same as the Hari, except that their specialty is their togetherness, their ability to work together as a team, each complimenting the other. They live in the Underground. The colour of their blood is black, black as the darkness in which they live in. They can see in the dark, unlike the Hari. They have a strict hierarchy, the highest position being commander( or leader of leaders), followed by lords( or leaders) then middle- born and, lowest of low, ragaborn. When they are children, they take the title of their parents( i.e. Ragaborn) when they turn eighteen the commander will judge them and, according to their abilities, give them their title.***

Appearances of SHAPE-SHIFTERS HARI AND COR'TH

Shape-shifters: are nomads and live in different parts of the world, so each Shape-shifter's clothes are different. In their natural form, they have wings, otherwise they look entirely like humans. Though some Shape-shifter's eye colour may be different from a human, for example, red) The colour of their wings is the same as their eyes.

Hari

they wear a white flowing gown-like uniform. Each Hari has his own personal touch on his not-so-uniform uniform.(lol) (eg a sewn- on flower or a jewel in the hair. Wings applies to the Hari too, as well as eye colour.

Cor'th

they wear a black soldier-warrior- like uniform, resplete with secret daggers and knives hidden in it. Each uniform is checked every week personally by the commander. They are more warrior- like than the dreamy, (literally) heads- in- clouds fun loving Hari. Wings and eye colour applies to the Cor'th too. 

* collectively the Hari and the Cor'th are known as "EXO". 

** on battle- killing: three variables must be in in order for a EXO to truely die 1. EXOs can only truely be killed in battle. 2. They can only be killed by a single deep enough to the heart. Other wounds do not matter. Other wounds will only exhaust the EXO/slow down the EXO. 3. By a blade/ bullet/whatever made of gold. Otherwise they are not truely killed. When either one of these variables are not there, only sleepdeath happens. Sleepdeath only happens only when the EXO is mortally injured, either by loss of blood, or by a big wound anywhere besides the heart, or them they are not killed in battle. EXOs bodies have an in- built mechanism which, when sleepdeath occurs, transports them to a safe place, sometimes even landing them in another world. In the safe place(never the same place twice) the body repairs itself, which is a particularly long and painful process. This is why most EXOs would prefer to use the help of healers rather than go into sleepdeath. During sleepdeath, the body would leave behind a jewel, the same colour as their eyes and wings, their heartjewels. It is a unspoken law to touch the enemy's heartjewels. If they are truely killed, thier bodies vanish( brought to the safe place) and the left behind heartjewel will be engraved with letters of the ancient alphabet of the Shape-shifters, which was lost to the EXOs when they split into two tribes. 

*** children of the two tribes? in Cor'th you have to prove your worth to get your name and title. The parents have a choice to raise their child up themselves or give them up, at the age of five, to the commander. If the child is given up, the commander and the leaders will teach him. The parents of the child chooses a name for the child when he is born and when the child reaches his seventeenth birthday, he will go to Earth. He must be able to survive for a year there. No help is given to them, only a pair of human clothes, their wits, skills and powers. If the child survives for a year, he will be brought back to the Underearth and his name will be given to him during a grand ceremony at the end of the year when all the survivees are gathered together. Also, all EXOs can die when  they are under the age of eighteen. Also, if you do a great service and is of the commander's  blood, you would get a second name. It is also a title and elevates you to the level of leader, though leaders do not need to have a second name. ( Chen D.O. and Kai are cousins of Kris while Zitao is not of Kris's blood( otherwise he would have gotten his second name) Sehun is nineteen, but of Kris's blood, therefore will get his second name soon.:)) As the children are not given their names until they are eighteen, they each have a number identifying each child. M- male, F- female. The following numbers are a random set of numbers. ( for example, D.O.s son's number is M181. In Hari, those under the age of eighteen are pampered, when they turn eighteen, training starts. They have no ceremony when they reach eighteen.
