I nodded my head, giving him consent to ask me a question.

"Sure, what do you want to ask me?"

He smiles, blurting out a seemingly innocent question. However, his gentle face morphed into a solemn and grim one after he let the question out.

"Um...do I seem childish to you?"

I swore that my heart stopped beating for a second. I was clearly aware that this question was a sensitive topic to him, and I certainly didn't want to make the wrong choice.

Childish? Hm... kind of. I mean, sure, in some ways he's a bit mature, but all in all he's a big ball of cuteness...

Not that it's a bad thing, of course.

"Are there.. any other questions?" I ask, fiddling with my nails.

He frowns, his eyebrows drawn in together. The disappointment in his eyes caused a pang of hurt in my chest. I guess he expected me to answer the question.

"Uhm.. no, not really," He sighs, averting his eyes. "I guess you think I'm childish, huh?"

"What? No, no! Of course not, I-"

"It's fine. I get that answer a lot..." He starts to play with the book again, an awkward silence settling over us. 

Ah.... What should I say...
