Sooyeon, age 26, has been lodging in an apartment with her sister ever since they came over to Korea 5 years ago. She is currently working as a part-time model and editor at one of the famous Korea Fashion Company.
After the heart-rending breakup back at California, she has been staying single. She completely erased everything she has had at California. The memories and the people she’d known there. But she couldn’t forget the day she was cheated on by her girlfriend and her best friend. Without affirming the situation, she shunned them and fled from California the next morning.
Ever since, she desists having cakes or confectionery for her tea time (it used to be a routine).
But what will happen when she chanced upon her ex-lover and friends? Will she acknowledge them again?

˚Sooyeon’s POV˚
[Friday Night]
“Unnie, there’s a newly opened Cakes & Confectioneries Café just a few blocks away from here!!” My sister, SooJung, exclaimed with eagerness. She’s in my room, back facing me as she’s staring at the computer screen. “Wanna go tomorrow? Please don’t say no.”
“Hmm” I hummed.
I’m still lying on my comfy bed, tired from today's hectic schedule at work, while reading a romance novel which I’ve bought last week once it’s released. To be frank, I didn’t quite catch what she has just said except for the last part. About where we’re going, I honestly don’t know. Since I have zero appointment the next day, I just agreed to it.
