“Yes channie.” Yongguk answered as he took out the half sheet pan of chocolate chip cookies out the oven and put it on the counter.

“Good, so just remember that Youngjae has a little cough so give him his medicine, oh! you must put in in his juice or else he won’t take it and Junhong needs to eat his vegetables, even if he doesn't want them, I have already boiled and mashed them, they're in the fridge, just-”

"Channie everything will be fine.” Yongguk smiled, he couldn't help but find his worried ‘wife’ cute.

“Channie, like I said I got this, their my children so how hard can it be?”

“Okay... but they have an appointment at the hair salon and that you need to go grocery shopping.”

Yongguk hung up and put his phone on the counter. He didn’t want to admit it but he was kind of nervous of taking care of their children all by himself. This was going to be the first time, since the kids were adopted, that Himchan wasn't going to be around. They both asked to have the same days off and take care of the kids together, but this time the male was forced to work. Himchan was usually the one who took care of the cooking so Yongguk couldn't help but worry. What made it even worse was that Yongguk knew that the kids listened to Himchan the most. All he could hope for, was that the kids would not cause too much trouble.
