I woke up the next morning. I went to the bathroom did my daily duties and walked out. I smelled some food,

“Hangeng! Morning!” she sang,

“Ah, Alex, morning” I smiled, she wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me…A really hot one… The ones I didn’t want to pull away from. She suddenly pulled away, I looked at her and kissed her again, pushing her to the counter. She played with my hair as out kiss got hotter, then she let go, putting her finger on my lips,

“Nope!”

“What was that for?”

“Something from me since I know that you would never cheat on me!” she said,

Ok….

She started to feed me rice, I stared at her…. Something was bothering her.

“Hangeng…” she started,

“Hm?” I looked at her

“Let’s break up”

My eyes widened, “WHAT?!” 

What does she mean "Let's break up"?!  That makes no sense!

“Why not? You can be with this Yi girl or whatever right?” she said, taking a bite out of the fried rice

“W-what?!” a sudden pang of guilt came on to me. That was a complete accident! I didn’t mean to cheat!

“So it’s decided, we’re over”

“What?! No! Why?!” I said, and shot up out of my seat

“Hangeng, you cheated on me, you think I can forgive you?”

“Look, that was an accident!” I said, grabbing her hand, she pulled her hand out of my grasp

“Accident?” she scoffed, “No it wasn’t , I heard it all. You were going to go out on a date with her then you found my text.”she said, and went to her room,

“Alex!”

“Hangeng, let’s just end it here” she said walking out of the room with a bag, “We shouldn’t have even been a couple! This was a terrible mistake”

“Alex” I mumbled, I ran and hugged her, “Please don’t leave”

She pushed me away, “SA-YON-ARA” she simply said, and opened the door,

“Alex Seohae Lee” I said, pulling her back in.

“I forgive you, we can only be friends…. But that’s as far as it’ll go! See! I won’t do anything bad! I didn’t do any revenge! Please….” she whimpered and ran out the door,

“YAH! ALEX LEE!” I yelled, and pulled her back in, and pushed her to the wall, “You aren’t allowed to leave”

“Just let me go”

“No” I said, and gave her a forceful kiss. I bit her lip making open, I put my tongue in . She was enjoying it.  Her hands got on my chest, then on my shoulders, squeezing it. I held her back. She closed her eyes, nervous as ever.

“Baby! Baby! Baby! OH!” her phone rang, that was when she relized what she was doing, and pushed me away,

“We’re over” she choked, wiping ,

“Alex Lee!”

“We’re over” she repeated,

“We slept together! Do you think we can be over easily?!” I lied, her eyes widened,

“That’s not true! If we did then I would’ve remembered!”

“You were drunk! How could you remember?!”

“I know you wouldn’t be low enough to do it!” she shouted, I gave her another forceful kiss, hugging her closer. She kept trying to push away, so I tongued her again, making her melt. I played with her hair, she held my arm. I went down and kissed her neck—she was breathing heavily- I pinned her arms above her head, trying to make her change her mind. Her phone rang again—she kicked me in a certain place… I fell on the ground

“I…Won’t every fall for anyone again” she said tears falling from her eyes, and then ran out.

I laid on the ground… She won’t fall in love again?! She’s only been heartbroken like what?! ONCE?!

I ran out of the place with tears falling down my eyes.

It’s over… It’s finally over…..

I got into a taxi, “To the airport” I sighed.

Urgh! Are all guys heartbreakers?! Kihun, Henry, Hangeng! URGH! FREAKING HEARTBREAKERS! I won’t ever EVER fall for a guy if they’re all heartbreakers! GOSH! Korea does NOT have good taste in men! URGH!!

“Ah! Are you Super Junior Lee Donghae?” the taxi driver asked in Chinese, I snapped out of my thoughts

“No, I’m a girl” I replied back in Chinese

“Ah, sorry” he apologized,

The ride kept on going, until I reached the airport. I grabbed my phone and called Donghae.

“Hello?” his voice went,

“Donghae, where are you?” I asked

“I’m at gate 42” he said,

“Coming” I sighed, and hung up on him.

I walked up to the place where they checked my ticket.

Done.

Next was the place where they scanned your stuff…

I set my carry on down, and sat walked through the scanned.

Beep beep beep.

“Sir,” Some man stared at me,

Oh that’s right! I’m wearing a bracelet!

I quickly took it off, and went through the scanner.

Perfect.

I walked out with my stuff and put my bracelet and glasses back on.

I walked to gate 42, and saw Donghae. I silently walked towards Donghae. He looked at me and smiled,

“Hi Alex!” he said,

“Morning Hae” I yawned, he shot a worried expression,

“Have you been crying?”

“Eh? Me?” I faked a laugh, “Of course not! Why would I?” I smiled, and put the bracelet on my wrist,

“Ah, is that mom’s?” he smiled, I nodded, “Why won’t you ever wear the necklace dad gave you?”

“Hm…” I thought for a bit, “I’m really scared of losing it”

“Ah~ Okay” he replied,

“Flight to Seoul, Korea” a female voice over the speakers said,

“Let’s go” Donghae smiled, and we started to walk towards the airplane.

Do you wanna know something about the necklace?

“IT’s just a necklace…” you might think

But it really holds a huge meaning in my heart…

~*~*~Flashback-12 years ago*~*~*~~*

It’s been 3 freaking months

THREE FREAKING MONTHS

Since I’ve been living in this stupid home! URGH! God please take me back to Ms. Brock! This family is too weird! They’re not religious! I feel so uncomfortable without my Bible studies!! God in heaven! Please take me back!!

“Alex” Mr. Lee the guy that’s pretty much begging me to call him “Appa” said,

“Yes mister?” I looked at him,

“Let’s go shopping today” he smiled,

“Don’t you have work?”

“It’s a taxi business, nothing to worry about” he smiled at me,  I sighed,

“I have no money”

“I’ll buy it for you!” he sang, I looked at him,

“Why would you do that?”

“Cause I’m your appa!!” he smiled, he grabbed my hand, “Let’s go okay?”

“Can I bring Teukie along?” I asked him,

“Sure” he smiled, "Go change first!" he said, and looked in my closet, and pulled out a jean dress and a purple undershirt. (I'm 7 okay? It still looks cute on me!) then he tied my hair into two pony tails.

I grabbed Teukie, and got in the car. Mr. Lee drove us to… Well… I don’t know! He just drove me somewhere! Then he parked at a parking lot and made me walk with him.

"Ahjushi, where are we going?" I asked,

"Shopping!" he smiled

I hugged Teukie as we wandered around the stalls that were selling a lot of stuff. But one thing crossed my eye…. It was a small cross necklace with a birthstone in it…

Sapphire blue…. It’s… For September right? Aish! I wish I was born in September! My month’s gemstone is like dark green!

“Do you like it?” Mr. Lee asked,

“Yeah,” I sighed, “So where are we- Mr. Lee, what are you doing?!” I gasped seeing him buy the necklace for me,

He smiled as he walked ever towards me, he put on the necklace on me, “My little girl looked so cute” he smiled,

“Mr. Lee! I’m only 7! How can you buy this for me?!”

“Because you’re my amazing daughter that I love” he smiled, “Now you said you wanted to buy a Bible?” he asked, I nervously nodded, he took me to the bookstore and let me pick out a Bible. I just got a small blue one.

Then he went out and bought a dress for me! I stared at him… He’s a really kind person… The family isn’t rich, yet he’s going out and buying me all these things! … I kinda feel bad now… for 3 months he’s been so kind… yet…

I bit my lip, “Ahjushi, out of Faith, Hope and Love, which is the most important?” I asked, him, he looked at me confused at my random question

“Love” he replied

“Ding ding ding! Correct! Do you know why?” I asked him, he just looked at me,

“Why?

“In love, there’s always faith, there’s always hope and there’s always loyalty” I smiled, he patted my head,

“Aigoo! My little girl is so smart!” he smiled,

“S..So ahjushi…. Do you really promise to love me?” I asked him, nervous to look up, he patted my head,

“I hearby promise to love and protect my daughter!” he said, putting his right hand up and his left hand on my newly bought Bible, I looked at him,

“Promise?” I asked him, he smiled and nodded, before I knew it, tears fell out of my eyes,

“Why are you crying?” he asked wiping off my tears,

“S-so ahjushi promises to never leave Alex?” I whimpered,

“Promise”

“Pinky promise?” I asked holding out my pinky,

“Swear” he smiled, and wrapped his pinky around mine,

“So ahjushi promises NEVER to leave me? Hurt me? Or hate me?”

“Promise”

“Does daddy really promise that?”

“Daddy promis- did you just me daddy?” he asked, I nodded, the before I knew it, he hugged me, spinning me off the ground.

Later we got into the car, “Appa, do you know the crayon box song?” I asked him,

“Hm? Can you sing it to me?”

“When I was just a little child No higher than your knee, My mother bought a box of crayons, Just for me. I picked them up and I opened them up And I looked way down inside, And the colors there reminded me Of Jesus when He died. O… Red is the color of the blood that He shed, Brown is for the crown of thorns they laid upon His head. Blue is for royalty! In Heaven He does dwell; And yellow is for the Christian who's afraid to tell.”

“Ah! So blue is our favorite color now?” he asked, I nodded,

“Blue means royalty! So Jesus had to die for us people even though we’re peasants, so he’s not only royal, he’s loyal! Haha! That rhymed!”

“Ah~ So I guess that necklace is our little thing!” dad said, I smiled and nodded,

“It’s important okay?” I asked him,

“Okay” he smiled and patted my head, “Sapphire blue is our little secret” he smiled,

“Eh?”

“Come on! It’ll be fun! Just to keep something between us!” he smiled, I looked at him,

“Chincha?”

“Mm!” he nodded,

“Then… Ms. Lee doesn’t need to know right?”

“Nope!”

“Nor East sea?”

“Nope”

“Or Hwa oppa?”

“Nope”

“Just between us two?”

“Yup!”

“Sapphire blue?”

“Yup”

I smiled at him, “Alright! Sapphire blue is our secret!”

“Then one day, let’s make the world be covered in sapphire blue!” he smiled I nodded,

“The world shall be covered with sapphire blue!” I smiled

"Who's gonna cover it then?"

"Teukie will!" I smileed

Sapphire blue…Sapphire blue….

“Alex! Wake up!”

“Hmm… Hae~ Just a little longer~” I mumbled

“Wake up”

I opened my eyes and saw Donghae staring at me, he then sat next to me,

“Alex, are you okay? You were crying!” he said,

“O-oh!” I felt my cheeks, aigo! I wiped away my tears, but I could still feel the stains,

“Also, what were you dreaming about? You were whimpering ‘appa appa’ and ‘Sapphire blue is our secret’” he stared at me,

 My eyes widened, “Ah! N-nothing!” I smiled, and yawned- stretching my arms,

“You miss us don’t you?” he smiled,

“Psh” I yawned,

“Anyway, we’re going to be there in 10 minutes” he smiled,

“Ah-okay” I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder

Sapphire blue is our secret….The world WILL be covered in it!
