What will happen when you make 10 young celebrities cohabitate under one house? How will the top celebrities behave under pressure while being watched 24/7?
Ten outstanding celebrities in their 20s would go under a series of difficult tasks, activities, and events that will test their strength, patience, analytical skills, leadership qualities, and emotional capabilities. For 100 days, the young celebrity icons would undergo various tests for one ultimate goal - to survive and be voted as Korea's Ultimate Icon.
HOUSE OF TWENTYSOMETHINGS would become the talk of the town for various reasons.

CEO Kim Youngmin explained:
"To rehabilitate your ruined image as a result of your careless dating, we signed you up for MBC's new reality show. Review these documents and scripts. You have no other choice but to join this program and do your best. You don't have to win the grand prize. Just project a positive image so the public will like you and SNSD again."
CEO Yang Hyunsuk shared:
"YG is in a really bad shape, PR-wise. We need to do the same thing we did in 2012: send G-Dragon to variety shows. Your personality, when exposed to the public, always becomes widely-loved and positively received. The public can relate to your humility, respectfulness, hardwork and determination. You are the key to rehabilitate YG's image, so we already signed the contract to have you as a permanent cast of MBC's new variety show."
"Who else is in it?" both idols asked, in different place and time, talking to different CEOs.
The CEOs' answers almost had the same content. Something along the lines of, "The PDs refuse to give us names, but they assured none of the other nine casts would conflict with our company or your group's image."
"Why is it a secret?" the idols followed up.
"It's a top-secret project, and is said to be a revolutionary non-fiction TV program. As an icon of this generation, you should be honored you were chosen."
With the decision being made by the top executives of SM and YG Entertainment, the two idols didn't exactly have the choice to turn the project down. And so when D-day came, both Kim Taeyeon and Kwon Jiyong were surprised to see each other inside the house.
So much for not being in conflict with each other's image.
