You never bothered on asking him he was okay or not because he would say that he'll be fine always. Will you notice if he finally revealed his secret? Or will you be ignorant and leave him?
Foreword
You and Hyunseung have been dating for 2 years and a half, and in a few more months, it's going to be your 3rd anniversary with him. Unfortunately, you didn't know that you boyfriend have been suffering for these 2 years and a half, and on your 3rd anniversary, he was going to die due to an unremoveable tumor on his brain and lungs. What will happen? Will you be able to celebrate your 3rd anniversary? Or will he die first?
