When raising a child, their first few years are everything, it will solidify their place in life and give them the backbone to strive for more.
If taken care of, the child will want to be all they can possibly be, and attain everything and anything they want in the world.
Many children are treated like this, but for others, their childhoods are stolen from them.
Be it, their parents don't love them or they were orphaned, they had to survive on their own, without help.
Now, these were actually the strongest children, they experienced the pain of life early on and knew how to deal with it.
Many covered up the troubles of their lives, while others used it to their advantage.
One thing was for sure, nobody messed with these children and got away with it.
Foreword
"Yah! Get back here you brat!" He ran for it, five against one was hardly a fair fight, but it wasn't as if he couldn't take them on.
He had been outnumbered many times before, he just didn't feel like wasting his energy on people who weren't worth his time.
If only they knew who he was, then they wouldn't have chased him. He was Moon, renowned gangster, ruler of the neighborhood and the king of fighting.
He scoffed when he noticed they were still following him, there was no chance now. He would have to waste his energy on them before heading to school.
Why did he even bother with school anyway, it wasn't like he was going to graduate.
"Come and get it then." He taunted and the five guys launched at him. He outmaneuvered them easily and soon, all five were on the ground clutching their bodies in pain.
He smirked, "That didn't even take any effort." He spat at them, "Next time, don't mess with me, remember my name, Moon." He said before leaving them.
He headed towards that abomination called school when he saw a familiar brunette walking in front of him.
If it wasn't the star pupil herself, Go Haeri. He rolled his eyes as she received countless stares and presents as she walked into school.
She had everyone wrapped around her little finger, but she never looked up from her notes.
Not him, he would never come to like this girl, there was no appeal to him. She was "too good" for everyone and rejected all the confessions and instead received top honors every year.
He hated that, she was the perfect child, the perfect student that everyone wanted. Whereas, he wasn't.
But he knew he had one advantage over her, he could survive in the toughest neighborhood. He bet she wouldn't even last an hour without getting herself into a sticky situation.
He smirked and all the girls around him swooned, he never noticed that he, too, had his own fan club, too busy with his thoughts.
"You should wipe that smirk off your face, Moon JongUp."

Hello guys, I don't plan on updating this any time soon. But I wanted to post it up to encourage me to finish my other fics quickly so I can get out my gangs feels. XD This is a full story to my oneshot Bad Boy please enjoy this :D
