Description
After being painfully torn apart from his first love at a young age, Yoochun learns to move on as he is eventually adopted by an average yet loving family. He quietly lives a moderate life as a volunteer doctor who works in the rural villages and takes care of the sick and dying there. Yoochun is suddenly dragged back to Seoul as he encounters a dead body that he certainly recognizes, and is determined to figure out how all the past victims of the same murderer are all connected. He realizes his past is not as clean as he wishes it to be and that his adolescence is clearly interwoven with a mysterious young woman named Jessica, who seems too familiar to him than he wishes.

His eyes flashed open at a set of images, a feminine figure, appeared vaguely but not clearly in his dreams. Cold sweat covered his back and trailed down his neck as his whole chest area was wrapped in swaddling layers of fresh bandages and trickles of dried blood. The way she smiled, the way she held his hand whenever they would walk back home together - He would never see that again.
“Jung Sooyeon. Jung Sooyeon.” Her name was heard mumbled by his lips over and over again, even in the dead of night. It was the only name he remembered at that moment, the only one he cherished to say endlessly.
It broke his heart as he reminded himself that he had lost her just as he had lost his father and mother just like and it pained him to realize that he may have lost everyone he loved just like that.
To love is to be hurt and no matter how much love you give, the pain you receive will be multiplied. Never would he love the same way again.
