Choi Seunghyun has always been a shy, smart and quiet  kind of guy . He has always lived a so called normal life until a small figured , thin guy  with Cruela D'evil  short hair called Kwon Jiyong which he is supposed to be his long lost cousin shows up at the front door of his apartment. Everyone who sees Jiyong thinks that he is the kindess, happiest and the most cheerful boy in the whole wide  world.
