Before Heaven
Description
As Hoya lies upon a pool of blood, his head throbbed to an unbearable pain. Squinting his eyes with difficulty, he sees the green man still flashing in a distance, mimicking the momentum of the sharp soreness he feels from his toes to his neck, sending haphazard signals to his brain.
So this is it, this is how I’m going to die at a young age of 25, Hoya thinks to himself. It might be due to oblivion or the fact that he was too tired to care about the crowd forming around him, shouting words that he could not hear, but Hoya shuts his eyes and all of a sudden his body is engulfed by a wave of numbness.
Someone is giving me CPR. He could feel his lips being parted carefully as his chest pumps to the rhythmic compressions given by his rescuer. Images of the people he loved and those who loved him flashes across his mind as Hoya weakly inhales the air passing through his mouth, tasting a hint of peppermint candy in his rescuer’s breath.
Funny, because his mind does an instant image slideshow of three people he knew who loved that minty candy as well…
Foreword
This story is based very loosely on 'The Five People You Meet In Heaven'.
It's my first Fanfiction so I'd really appreciate feedback and comments, whether good or bad. It's going to be a chaptered Fanfiction, I'm halfway through writing it and I'd like to see the response before I decide if I should continue. So please comment!
It's Hoya-centric revolving around his relationship with 3 different Infinite members, but don't worry there won't be any complicated web sort of relationship among them. They're going to come out separately in different chapters and timelines (if this makes sense).
Only the story is mine, I do not own the members (I wish I do) or anything else.
