The next morning, Yoochun tapped on your door. You opened your eyes. “I’m sorry for disturbing you but someone is here for you.” He scratched his head in puzzlement. *Who…?* You went downstairs.

Ahyoung and Jaejoong came out of their rooms.

You gaspd with wide eyes and you ran over to the door, “Oppa!” Dongwook gave you an exasperated look. His hair was slightly disheveled and bags were under his bags, “Why aren’t you picking up your damn phone?!”

You bit your lip, “Oops…I forgot to put the batteries back in.”

Dongwook shook his head. He pulled out his phone and called someone. “Yeah, I found her. We’ll be there.” Dongwook pushed his phone back in his jean pocket, “Pack up. We’re going home.”

You glanced back at Jaejoong who stared back. His eyes were hard but inside he was pleading ‘Don’t go’.

“Go pack up now. Do you need me to help?” Dongwook asked.

You snapped out of your daze and shook your head. “Um, I’ll be back.” You went into your bedroom and started packing. You quickly changed into new clothes and came back out.

Jaejoong was standing there, “Are you really leaving right now?” “Our vacation is over, right?” You quietly asked. *I thought we could go home and work things out.* Jaejoong thought. You pulled your suitcase to the door and stopped. You looked at him, “…Have a good time coming back with Ahyoung.” There was sadness in your voice.

Jaejoong couldn’t hold you back because of his damn pride.

Dongwook grabbed your suitcase, “I’ll be in the car.”

You turned to Yoochun. “You’re leaving now? We were going to go home now, too.” He said. You nodded, “My friend came for me. I’ll see you in Seoul.” Yoochun gave you a hug. Ahyoung twitched in annoyance but didn’t say anything. You just bowed your head at her and left.

You hopped into the car and Dongwook drove off. You looked at the mirror but couldn’t see Jaejoong anywhere. You heaved a sigh *He didn’t even say goodbye to me.*

“You’re such a babo, you know that?” Dongwook swiftly switched lanes into the freeway. “What did I do?” You sadly pouted.

“What did you do? Are you honestly asking me that?” Dongwook rolled his eyes. You had never seen him so frustrated before. “I spent the last 24 hours searching for you. Thanks to you, I couldn’t even enjoy Christmas and my cousin came from New York. I couldn’t even say bye to her when she left this morning.” Dongwook snapped.

“Mianhae. But I never said you had to come for me.” You mumbled.

Dongwook abruptly pulled over. You blinked in surprise. He gave you a look, “How could I not come for you? I heard you crying over the phone. There are only two reasons that you would cry. Either you’re sick or that Goddamn Kim Jaejoong messed with you again. I am not going to leave you with someone that hurts you. You should be glad I found you first instead of Hyunbin or you would be a widow, you know that?” Dongwook went into the freeway again.

It was silent. You could tell he was pissed and it took a lot to get him this mad. “Dongwook oppa. I’m sorry. I should have answered my phone. I didn’t mean to ruin your Christmas.”

“It’s too late now. It’s already December 26^th.” He switched lanes again.

“…Uh, oppa? My house was in that direction.” You pointed.

“I know my way around.” Dongwook tried hard not to let his lips curl into a devilish smile.

“Where are we going?!” You demanded.

“To get my Christmas back.” Dongwook replied.

“Eh?” Your eyes became round.
