The next morning, Jaejoong woke up to find his bedside empty. He sat up and looked around. *Where did she go? She didn’t leave, did she?* He checked your closet to make sure and saw all your belongings still there.

Why do I always have to hurt her in some way?* He sighed and left the cabin.

Jaejoong was deciding where to go when he saw Ahyoung coming back from a walk. She stopped when she spotted him. Slowly, they walked towards each other. Jaejoong noticed her swollen eyes also. *Yoochun, you ass. Why do you always have to make her cry?*

“Merry Christmas.” He warily said. She gave him a small smile, “Merry Christmas.”

“You don’t look merry to me.” Jaejoong lightly joked. Ahyoung heaved a sigh.

“…Yoochun?” He asked. She sadly frowned and nodded. “I can’t believe him. I loved him for so long. Why can’t he give me a chance?” Tears welled up in her eyes.

*Why can’t you give me a chance?* Jaejoong reached out and wiped her tears away. “Hey, how about we spend Christmas together, yeah?” Ahyoung beamed and nodded, “I’d like that.” Smiling, they left.

At that moment, Yoochun came downstairs. *Did everyone go somewhere? What the-“ His footsteps slowed down when he saw you asleep on the couch. *What is she doing here? Don’t tell me she slept out here all night.* Yoochun walked over. Gently, he shook you, “~~~~~~~~~-ah.”

“Did you sleep here all night long?” Yoochun asked. You paused then nodded. He furrowed his eyebrows, “What about Jaejoong?” “I don’t know.” You whispered.

Yoochun went to check in the room but hewas gone. *Jaejoong, you bastard. Where would you go without your wife? Didn’t you learn your lessom from last time?* He bent down in front of you and examined your face. He could tell you had been crying all night. “…Did you and Jaejoong get in a fight?”

You didn’t want to talk about it so you remained silent.

*There is no way I’m letting her spend Christmas alone and dejected like this.* Yoochun stood up, “Go and get ready.”

You looked up at him in curiosity.

“We can’t spend Christmas in here. Come on.” Yoochun helped you up and lightly pushed you towards the bedroom. “Today, you can spend your first Christmas with me.”
