The months passed by quickly and it was already winter. You and Jaejoong hardly argued. If anything else, the two of you seemed to grow more comfortable with each other.

One day in December, Yoochun came to your house to discuss business matters with Jaejoong. They talked in the living room.

You came over with glasses of juice. “Here you go.”

Yoochun smiled, “Thank you.”

“You’re welcome.” Beaming, you sat between Jaejoong.

“It will be Christmas soon. Don’t you have any big plans?” Yoochun asked.

“Mmm not sure yet.” You admitted.

“You two aren’t going on vacation or anything?” He questioned, surprised.

You and Jaejoong shook your heads. “But it’s your first Christmas together.” Yoochun pointed out. Jaejoong and you just blinked at each other. Yoochun loudly snapped his fingers, “That’s it!”

“What?” Jaejoong asked. Yoochun grinned, “This Christmas, let’s go up to my cabin in the mountains. I’ll call Ahyoung.”

You grimly looked away. *Great. The trio going on winter vacation together.*

“You’ll come, too, won’t you?” Yoochun asked. “M-me?” You pointed at yourself.

Jaejoong looked at you. Yoochun smiled and nodded, “Of course. I’m inviting you so that you’ll have a good first vacation with Jaejoong.” You looked at Jaejoong who didn’t oppose. “You wanna go?”

“…Okay.” You smiled.

Early on the morning of Christmas Eve, Yoochun and Ahyoung came to their house with his big van. You and Jaejoong came out with the suitcases. Yoochun opened his trunk. Ahyoung leaned against the van and waited with her arms crossed. “Good morning.” You gave a friendly wave.

“Morning.” She greeted without looking at you. “I’m going to be in the car. It’s cold.” Ahyoung went inside.

*She still doesn’t like me. I wonder why.* You thought.

Yoochun opened the trunk. “You ready to go on our trip?” He grinned. “Yes.” You smiled and picked up your luggage. Before Yoochun could help, Jaejoong came over. “I’ll do it. Just go in the car.” He easily picked up your suitcase. “Thanks.” Beaming, you went into the back.

Yoochun blinked at Jaejoong in slight surprise. *Since when did he start caring for her like that?*

After putting the luggage away, Yoochun and Jaejoong went into the car. Jaejoong looked back, mostly at you, “Ready?” “Ready!” You beamed. Ahyoung rolled her eyes *Why is she so excited?*

Yoochun started the car and drove off. A natural flow of conversation started but halfway during the ride, you fell asleep. Jaejoong looked back and grew concerned how your neck kept bobbing side to side. “Ahyoung, do me a favor and place her hand against the window.”

“She’s your wife! You do it!” She snapped.

Yoochun exhaled and shook his head at her immaturity.

Minutes later, Ahyoung, too, fell asleep but her head was stable against the window.

Jaejoong couldn’t take it anymore. He pushed his chair down so that he could access you more easily. Jaejoong reached out and took a pillow. He wedged the pillow between you and the window and carefully rested your head against the pillow. Now you were in comfortable position.

*There.* Satisfied, Jaejoong smiled. He pulled his chair back up in the right position and closed his eyes to get some sleep.
