Jaejoong came home.

“Oh, you’re back already?” You came downstairs.

“Yeah.” He headed upstairs.

You skipped towards the kitchen.

Jaejoong paused. *What do I get for Ahyoung’s birthday? Hmmm…* He looked at you and it all clicked. “~~~~.”

You stopped and blinked up at him, “Yeah?”

“…Want to go shopping?” He asked.

Your eyes brightened, “SHOPPING?!”

Half an hour later, Jaejoong and you were at Oska Shopping Mall. Most of the workers recognized you and bowed.

“The latest bag from Louis Vuitton is here! Would you like to see?”

“Come try out our newest perfume!”

“Try this dress on, miss! I’m sure it would look lovely on you!”

Jaejoong raised an eyebrow, “How often do you come here?”

“Often enough.” You shrugged.

A bag caught your eye and you stopped. Jaejoong looked at the dozens of bags. He picked up a purple leather one. You waved your hand, “I already have that.” “It’s not for you.” Jaejoong made a face. “Then?” You blinked. “It’s Ahyoung’s birthday.” Jaejoong replied.

Now you knew why he suddenly wanted to come shopping. You narrowed your eyes at him, “You brought me shopping for her?!”

Jaejoong casually shrugged, “I needed female’s intuition.”

“Then bring someone else!” You hissed and stormed past him.

Jaejoong ran after you, “Hey, hey.” He grabbed your arm and blocked your path. You crossed your arms and glared at him, “You tricked me.”

“I’m sorry but I needed your help.” Jaejoong said.

“Then you should have said so in the beginning! It doesn’t hurt to ask! Sheesh!” You were about to leave but he blocked you. “Get out of the way.” You growled.

“Look. I won’t ask for another favor about her again so just please help me this once. I want the perfect gift for her. If you ever need advice about Hyunbin’s or Dongwook’s gift, you can always ask me. Huh? Please?” Jaejoong begged.

You sighed, “Fine.” “Thank you.” He smiled. “But,” You gave him a look, “It’ll cost you one of your wishes.”

“…Fine.” Jaejoong sighed.

You beamed *Only 7 more wishes to grant!* “Now what is on your mind? Jewelry, perfume, clothes, purses, shoes…?” You peeked up at him.

“Er…”

“Never mind. I’ll just choose.” You went to one of your favorite boutiques. They grew excited, “Welcome, miss!” “Please lay out your latest.” You requested. “As you wish!” The workers rushed to put out the best for the best.

Jaejoong watched wide-eyed. *Damn. They can do this for you, too?*

You slowly walked down, tapping your lips in ponder. “Mmm…a-ha!” You grabbed a box and held it out, “What about this? It’s the latest Tiffany 2011 double-hearted locket. Simple but sensible and sweet. It also subtly delivers your heart. What do you say?”

Jaejoong took the box and examined the necklace. A grin came on his face, “Perfect.”

“He’ll pay.” You jabbed your thumb towards him and walked away.

Jaejoong paid with his credit card and left with the bag. “Thanks.”

You waved your hand carelessly, “Whatever. It was a wish anyways.”

The two of you headed towards the exit. You abruptly stopped, “Oh!” “What?” Jaejoong looked up and his happiness disappeared.

Hyunbin crossed his arms, “I heard you were here. Leaving so soon without dropping by to say hi?”

“Binnie oppa!” You ran over.

*Hyunbin? What the hell is he doing here?* Jaejoong cautiously approached the two of you. “And what is someone like you doing here at this time of day?”

Hyunbin released you and straightened up with a raised eyebrow, “I’m working, unlike you.”

“What?” Jaejoong asked, puzzled.

“Hyunbin oppa owns this mall.” You proudly beamed.

“WHAT?!” Jaejoong yelped, shocked.

Hyunbin smirked, “Yeah,” He held out his hands at all the glory, “This entire place is mine. I own everything. If you didn’t notice, that’s why the workers notice her.” He put an arm around you and grinned, “She’s my valued customer.”

*Get your hands off of her!* Jaejoong wanted to yell but gritted his teeth instead.

“What are you doing here anyways? You didn’t buy anything?” Hyunbin asked.

“Not today. Today, I came shopping for Jaejoong oppa.” You replied. Hyunbin questioningly looked at him. “He needed help looking for Ahyoung’s gift.” You explained.

Hyunbin raised an eyebrow. A flash of irritancy could be seen in his eyes. “You came with him to help him choose a gift for another woman?”

Jaejoong flinched and looked away. He cleared his throat as he awkwardly played with his tie.

“Yup!” You cheerfully beamed.

Hyunbin wouldn’t stop glaring at Jaejoong, making him more uncomfortable by the second.

“Did you eat lunch, Binnie oppa?” You asked.

Hyunbin sweetly smiled your way, “No, in fact, I did not.” He looked at Jaejoong with a tight smile, “If it’s all right, I would like to buy the two of you lunch. I don’t think I ever congratulated your marriage, Jaejoong. And it’s common courtesy, you know, for shopping at my mall…although it was for another girl. Hmm.” There were thorns in his words.

You didn’t notice and replied right away, “I think that’s a great idea!”

*Shit.* Jaejoong wanted to slap himself at his bad luck.

Hyunbin smiled and led you towards the exit. He glanced back at Jaejoong, “I’ll take her in my car. We’ll meet you at the steak restaurant, yeah?” Without giving him a choice, Hyunbin and you walked away.

*Damn him!* Jaejoong scowled as he stormed off to his car all alone.
