That night, you just stood in front of your refrigerator, staring at its contents. It was full of food but you had no idea what to do with them. *But I’ll learn and know how to cook soon, right?* On your way home, you had actually enrolled at cooking school. You would learn how to cook and one day, prepare a meal for Jaejoong. *I bet he would like that.* You giggled.

You heard the front door open and quickly shut the refrigerator door.

Jaejoong strode into the kitchen.

“You’re back already?” You innocently blinked. “Why? Did you want to spend more time with Yoochun?” He bitterly snapped.

You shrugged, “We just had lunch and separated.” Jaejoong felt a tiny bit better. “So…how was lunch?”

“It was wonderful.” You beamed. “We went to a seafood restaurant and the food there is amazing! And why didn’t you tell me Yoochun oppa has such lovely manners?”

*Oppa?!* “I didn’t know I had to.” Jaejoong grumbled.

“Well, he does.” You put your hands together and sighed in admiration, “He pulled out my chair-“

“I did that for you, too!”

“-And even put the napkin on my chair. When he saw that I was allergic to peanuts, he asked the waiter to bring another plate without peanuts! Isn’t that so sweet of him?” You giggled.

Jaejoong scowled, “Yeah. Sweet. I would’ve done that for you, too, though.”

“Sure you would have.” You teased. Jaejoong frowned. “I’m going to make tea. You want some, too?” You turned to get the tea bags out.

“Sure…” Jaejoong traced the tile on the kitchen counter. “So,” He warily glanced at you, “What did you two talk about?” “Just this and that.” You said. “Like what?” Jaejoong leaned forwards.

You spun around and thoughtfully tapped your chin, “Hmm. Well we talked about you a lot.”

“ME?! WHY ME?! WERE YOU TALKING BAD ABOUT ME?!” Jaejoong yelped.

You blinked at his sudden outburst. “Um, it’s obvious that we would talk about you. The connection between us is you so of course you would come up in the topic.”

“Oh. Right.” Jaejoong flushed in embarrassment.

“And I wasn’t talking bad about you.” You peeked at the teapot. Jaejoong sighed in relief. “…But I didn’t talk good about you either.” You finished. “Huh?!” He looked up with wide eyes. “It was just neutral things.” You shrugged. “Oh.” Jaejoong tapped his fingers on the counter and looked at you. “…Are you going to meet Yoochun again?”

“I don’t know. We didn’t make any future plans.” You said. He nodded with a smile.

“But if he asked me to…I would.” You answered. His smile fell.

“Park Yoochun seems like a very nice person. I think I wouldn’t mind hanging out with him again.” You poured the water into the mugs and turned around, “Your tea- huh? Where’d he go?” You blinked in confusion.

Jaejoong strode into his bedroom and slammed the door shut. *She likes Yoochun. She likes being with him. She thinks he’s nice and mannerly and perfect. What about me? Does she like me? Does she like being with me? Does she think I’m perfect, too? And does it even matter?* He groaned and clutched onto his head *What is wrong with me lately?! I keep putting her in every aspect of my life! I need to stop that!*
