You and Jaejoong arrived at your resort in Jeju.

The workers greeted you right away. “Your suite room with two rooms as you asked is on the 15^thfloor.” The worker gave you and Jaejoong the keys.

The two of you headed up to the room. It was especially decorated for a honeymoon couple. Red roses were sprayed everywhere. The scent of flowers lingered in the air.

Amused, Jaejoong picked up a petal, “Did you ask for all this?” “Of course not.” You scoffed. *Babo parents.*

“I’ll take that room.” You pointed. Jaejoong nodded. “Then, um, goodnight.” You went into your room and shut the door. You deeply exhaled *It’s so awkward being alone with him!* You shook your head and went to take a shower.

Your tummy growled but you didn’t want to eat alone. And it felt strange asking Jaejoong to join you for dinner.

There was a tap on the door. You opened the door and Jaejoong looked at you. “I’m going out.”

“Where?” You asked. “I have a couple friends in Jeju.” He said.

*You’re going to meet friends on our first honeymoon night?! But he said it wasn’t a honeymoon…* You were still disappointed though. You had hoped he would’ve asked you to go eat dinner. “Araso. Go.” You mumbled.

Jaejoong peered at you, “You’ll be…all right?”

You tilted your chin up with pride, “Of course. This is my resort. I can do whatever I want here.”

“Right.” Jaejoong gave you an amused smile. “I’m going.” He grabbed his wallet and jacket and left.

You made a face *Yeah go on and leave your wife!* You slammed the door shut.

You grabbed the phone and ordered a bunch of things from room service. But when the food actually came, you didn’t want to eat it so you sent it back. You tried to sleep but couldn’t. You looked at the time *It’s past midnight. Where is that Kim Jaejoong? Oh whatever. Not my problem.* You kept tossing and turning in bed. Finally unable to contain your discontent, you sat up and screamed. You changed out of your pajamas and went out to the beach.

It was dark, deserted, yet beautiful. You sat on the cold sand and hugged your knees to your chest. You looked out at the vastness and sighed. *I’m at my own resort on my own honeymoon but why do I feel so empty?*

Pitying yourself, you started to cry. *This wasn’t the honeymoon I imagined! I’m hungry, cold, and alone!* You kicked your feet, covered your face, and cried. Suddenly, your phone rang. Sniffling, you croaked, “Hello?”

“Are you crying on the beach on your honeymoon night?” Hyunbin smugly asked.

*How does he always know?!* “NO! I’m having an amazing time!” You snapped.

“Then how come you sound so grumpy?” He asked.

“I don’t know!” You wailed as you threw up your hand. “This sucks! I’m homesick! I want to go back home! Not to my new mansion with Kim Jaejoong but to my own mansion! I want to eat in my dining room and sleep in my bed! I feel so alone!” You put a hand over your face and sobbed. Out of nowhere, two figures sat next to you. You gasped in surprise.

“You’re not alone. You have us.” Dongwook grinned. “Liar. You said you weren’t crying on the beach.” Hyunbin made a face.

“OPPAS!” You had never been so happy to see them. You threw your arms around Dongwook’s neck and squeezed him tightly. “Hey, hey. I came, too. Why don’t you cling onto me, too?” Hyunbin asked, irritated. Dongwook stuck his tongue out at him and chuckled as he hugged you tightly back. You squeezed him one more time before hugging Hyunbin.

“I can’t believe oppas are here! How did you come?” Your eyes widened.

“If you forgot already, our best friend is the director of Line Tour. Flights are easy as 1,2,3.” Hyunbin smirked. Dongwook dashingly grinned at you.

“Why did you come then?” You asked. “We wouldn’t leave you alone.” Dongwook said. “Yeah, it’s obvious that the Jaejoong bastard wouldn’t play with you on your own honeymoon so we decided to play with you instead. From tonight, it’ll be our honeymoon.” Hyunbin stated.

Beaming widely, you flung your arms around their necks and pulled them close to you. Hyunbin started to choke, “Yah- I- can’t- breathe-“

“I’m so happy to have friends like oppas!”

Hyunbin smirked, “Of course. Now you realize how special we are? There are no men in the world who would this for their friend.” You eagerly nodded in agreement.

“Did you eat yet?” Dongwook asked. Before you could answer, Hyunbin said, “No. She probably ordered room service then sent all the food back.”

“How do you know so well about me?” You admiringly asked. “You gotta ask? We’re best friends. I know you best.” Hyunbin lightly pinched your cheek and stood up. He brushed the sand off his jeans. “Let’s go get dinner.”

You and Dongwook stood up. “Oppas didn’t eat?”

“We were waiting to eat with you. Now show us a good place to eat around here.” Dongwook ordered.

“Okay!” You cheerfully looped your arm through theirs. Laughing, the 3 of you left the beach.

Meanwhile, Jaejoong had just come back to the hotel. He stopped and looked at your door. *I wonder if she’s asleep.* Jaejoong walked over and lightly tapped on the door. When he didn’t get a response, he slightly opened the door, “You asleep-“

But the bed was empty. Jaejoong turned the lights on and looked around. Puzzled, he scratched his head *Where’d she go?*
