Prologue . . .

"Stupid rain." He cursed under his breath as he tried to shield his camera bag from the rain.

It was another grey morning for Do Kyungsoo. Literally, it had been raining all week in Seoul. To his misfortune, heavy drops of liquid decided to pour down on city right before his big interview. He had been waiting on this job--- a professional photographer,  for months. Competition was tight for this profession, and Kyungsoo was lucky enough to have scheduled an interview with one of the top photography industries in Seoul. However, this was the same day when the rain just had to ruin his luck. Quickly, with arms around his precious device, Kyungsoo ran across the street in hopes that he could at least be early on this big day. Passing through people and rain, he had very little time left. Time was ticking too fast for his liking.

On the other side of the rode, Yoo Baekhee smiled as the smell of rain water tingled her nostrils. She watched as people crossed the intersection hurriedly-- it was rush hour after all. She loved seeing the bright colored umbrellas mix with other neutrals. She smile once again and tightened her grip around her bright yellow one. As soon as she stepped out of the curb, a big collision hit her and made her step back.

"Sorry, miss." Kyungsoo apologetically bows to the girl.

"Oh no, it's alright." She smiles.

The moment he looked up to make eye contact he was taken aback by what he saw. No, he wasn't awestruck of her beauty and complexion. Rather, he was puzzled as to why the girl in front of him could smile like that at such a weather. He shook the thought off his head and remembered what he was there for. Kyungsoo bowed for the second time and ran off to the other side of the road.

She was. . . Smiling?
