Hakyeon was an oddity.

A son born to a witch.

It made him very special, someone many people around the world would want.

Thus, it was decided that he had to be hidden and given a guard. He didn’t understand why at first, he was far too young. He recalled crying and screaming as he was taken from his mother, he recalled blaming her at one point.

But now he was so much older, so much wiser. He understood why he had been sent away, given to his guardian who had always protected him.

Honestly, he was grateful.

But maybe that was because he loved his guard, Sanghyuk, with all his heart. And Sanghyuk loved him as well.

It had taken Sanghyuk ages to admit it, the between them and his duty making him reluctant to accept his feeling. Hakyeon had to resort to some desperate lengths before Sanghyuk finally said those three words, before Sanghyuk finally laid claim to Hakyeon’s body and soul, but it was so very worth it.

Hakyeon, the only male witch to ever be born, was beyond happy whenever he was in his lover and personal guard’s arms.

A/N: so, this might just end up on the ‘full story version’ list. Also: I’m back!!!! I took a few things off the ‘full story’ list while I was gone, got 3 or 4 more that are in stages of done so I’ll post those when they’re done. I’m working on the Chasang inhumans full version now, so if I’m lucky (or inspired) i should have it done by week’s end.
