Between the pair of them, Hyuk had defiantly had the harder, more unstable, life. Between his ty father, time being bounced from foster home to foster home, and time in jail it was safe to say that Hyuk was in desperate need of some form of stability. And that was what Ravi liked to think he gave Hyuk; stability.

Not only could Hyuk count on Ravi always supporting him, always being his rock no matter what happened, but he could also count on Ravi always being there. Unlike everyone else who was always leaving, Ravi never would. And that was something Ravi figured Hyuk needed desperately.

Ravi figured he also needed a rock, someone there to love and support him the same way he loved and supported Hyuk. Ravi hadn’t exactly had that for most of his life. While he mother was nowhere near the Hyuk’s father had been, after Ravi’s father left her for another woman she hadn’t exactly been a loving mother to her son. Hyuk was probably the first person who loved him since his father left when Ravi thought about it.

“Ravi,” Hyuk asked, voice heavy with sleep, “what are you still doing up?”

“Just thinking,” Ravi smiled.

“Thinking, huh?” Hyuk asked, wrapping his arms around his lover’s hips and resting his head on his shoulder, “what about?”

“You,” Ravi replied, turning slightly so that he could kiss along Hyuk’s jaw line, “you know I love you, right?”

“I know,” Hyuk nodded, “and you know that I love you too, more than anything.”

“I know,” Ravi smiled, turning his gaze from his beautiful boyfriend to the view provided by their living room window, “you’re my everything, too.”

Hyuk just held him tighter, pressing a quick kiss to his cheek.
