An unfortunate happening happens in a sweet man’s life. Despite the troubles, it doesn’t stop him from ending up happy.

Nam Woohyun, a 23 year old man is diagnosed with primary cardiac tumour [heart cancer] and is only expected to live for a year. During that year, he thought it would be the worst year of his life. Fortunately, tables turn and Woohyun is greeted with a wonderful happening which makes him a happy man once again despite his troubles. In the end, will luck be on Woohyun’s side or death’s side?
