Bambam, Dream, Boys, and the Hospital

Mama of Exo

LAST CHAPTER WAS DEDICATED TO: Haesica000

Ideas for this story are hard to come by. She helped me very much! Haesica000 unnie! Gomawo! >0<

Okay, I read some the recent comments and would like to say thank you to all of my new babies (subscribers). It’s so cool you all love my story! J I never really imagined one of my stories to be this popular, so I thank you! I hope you have a good rest of the weekend and a brilliant and lovely week!

And, I have been thinking about this for a while.

I will be making Exo Imagines for Mama of Exo. It will be from when they were babies to where they are now…ish. I will be doing random ones that I can’t really do in this story. So, please look forward to it.

Also, JB was the man who brought the babies to Julie. BAMBAM was the one who was supposed to bring them. Okay? Onto the chapter~!

Chapter Eighteen: Bambam, Dream, Boys, and the Hospital

Julie froze. What should she say? Do?

“Bwo?” It flowed out so freely. He nodded.

“We found him this morning, you know,” he said softly. “He was tied to a tree, bleeding, and all he could say was how sorry he was that he never got to meet you.” Julie felt the tears build in her eyes.

            “I-Is he alright?” She stuttered.

“He’s in the hospital.” She nodded, feeling a little relieved. “We have six people at our firm. They were brought in to protect the special kids we have that the Tree of Life either made or brought them to the orphanage. He was the fifth best. No one was ever able to hurt him in the way this man did. You need to be careful from now on – more careful than usual. The boys cannot get hurt – you can’t get hurt.

“The necklace should protect you just fine from any physical and mental pain. The boys, however, aren’t protected. The Tree of Life can’t – won’t – hurt them, but there are unknown threats. Evil can inflict its own wants on people to make them do what they normally wouldn’t. You need to learn to control your gifts. You need to make them grow. I will be sending some of my team to keep you all protected.” He stood up. “I will be taking my leave now. Goodbye.”

And, in a black puff of smoke, he was gone.

Julie was left there, shocked to the core, with twelve kids who still didn’t notice anything.

That night, Julie fed them, bathed them, and put them in their rightful cribs. They were upset about it at first, but when she gave them their goodnight kiss and a stuffed animal, they slept peacefully. Julie, on the other hand, couldn’t sleep that well. She had nightmares.

She had nightmares that a small boy was tied to a tree. Blood was streaming down his face, a dead look in his eyes, and all he could say was: ‘Wolf shield’, ‘babies’, and ‘Omoni’ over and over again. Her dreams then took a turn to the other man, the one who left her Tao, Kai, and Sehun. He just stared at the boy, nothing expressed on his face, but when he turned around, Julie could see the pain, sadness, grief in his eyes that only a father could have. Julie knew then that he wasn’t all bad, but dreams were dreams. Just dreams. They weren’t real. Just a figment of people’s imagination.

Julie woke up to silence. Dark silence. Then, the baby monitor went off. Tao. Julie walked to his room and opened his door to see him standing up in his crib, hands on the handlebars. She heard him giggle and open his arms for her. She picked him up and took him back to her room, picking up Kai and Sehun along the way. When she got back to her room, she laid them down and listened to them fall asleep.

What did I do to deserve my babies? My beautiful babies? No one will take them from me…I won’t allow it. I’ll keep them safe. Julie drifted back asleep.

There was a light on her face. She could feel the warmth of it, and as she came to, she noticed there were more bodies next to her. She opened her eyes to find the twelve sleeping next to her. She shook her head, smiling at the adorable kids. She laid there for a while before getting off the bed (waking up the boys).

She fed them, bathed them, and let them run around the house as she cleaned it. She had always hated cleaning and pondered if she should get a maid when her boys are older. She could endure it for seventeen years – well, until they were old enough to protect themselves.

            DING DONG!

The doorbell rang, making the kids stop running and gather next to her immediately. Julie quickly took them to the closest safe room, put them in, and told them to be quiet and never come out. After closing the door, she put on the necklace, walking to the entrance. She grabbed the handgun under her table, put it in the front of her bra between her s. Only erts would grab me there. It should be okay.

“Knock, knock!” A voice called through the door as the knocking became louder. Julie opened the square “peephole” that only had iron bars blocking the outside from the inside. She saw five boys standing there, looking really bored.

“Who are you? What do you want?” Julie asked, staring at them. They looked at the headless eyes that were shown through the square, iron-barred peephole. One with a hat faced backwards stepped forwards, putting on a fake smile.

“Yes, is this the house of Julianne Randi?” He asked, watching the eyes narrow.

“To memory, I cannot recall who you five are,” Julie answered. “Do tell.”

“I’m Jackson, this is Mark, that’s Youngjae, Yugyeom, and Junior,” Jackson answered. “We are Lee Soo Man’s men sent to protect you and the boys from harm.” Julie almost opened the door, but hesitated.

“Last time I met a man I didn’t know, I found out he may have hurt someone,” Julie said, watching as their faces contort. “How do I know you are telling the truth?” The red haired, Mark, stepped forward, scowling.

“You know because if we were to ever meet the bastard that did that to Bambam, our brother, we’d kill him,” he answered sharply. “Now, open the door…please. I am tired and would like to sleep.” Julie slammed the peephole’s little door shut, unlocked the several deadbolts and locks, and opened the door with a smile on her face.

“Come in, come in,” she said, ushering them in. Julie noticed the backpacks and duffle bags they had, but didn’t say anything. “Welcome, welcome. I’ll show you the kitchen and then your rooms so you know where to get food. I fully stocked it and there are a bunch of bags of chips.” They smiled slightly watching Julie as she locked all the doors and the alarm.

Julie showed them the kitchen and began to walk them up the stairs, closer to where her kids were hiding.

“Stay here for a second, please,” Julie said to them. They nodded and looked around the hall at all the paintings and antiques. Julie opened the door. “Angels? It’s Omoni. You can come out now.” It was silent but then she felt a body land on her, knocking her back a couple steps.

“OMONI~!” Tao practically screamed as he tackled her, face becoming interred in her shoulder. The five boys looked back at Julie, startled, but when the saw one by one the boys tackling her, they couldn’t help but laugh.

Eventually, Julie had all the kids stuck to her body, only getting five of them off her as the others held onto her with all their might. Julie shook her head, smiling softly, and turned back to the boys.

“Come.” She led them down the hall.

“Jackson,” she said, pointing to the door. “Mark,” door next to it. “Youngjae,” across from Mark’s. “Yugyeom,” the door across Jackson’s. “And Junior’s room will be right here.” A door two doors down from Mark’s. “The rest are my son’s and mine is right down the hall. I am going to make lunch. I feed my sons either soup or baby food, so what do you want?” They looked at each other before looking back at Julie, shrugging.

“We don’t mind. Whatever you have is fine,” Jackson answered. “We have to unpack first so we’ll be down in a while. Thank you.”

Julie nodded. “Come on, angels. Let uncles unpack.” They followed her immediately. The five boys couldn’t help but feel warm hearted when they were called ‘uncle’. They had never truly been around kids and hoped to be able to protect the boys and Julie to the best of their abilities.

Bambam was their brother; their friend. They were the ones to notice he was gone for a long time. They split up and retraced his steps, thinking of where he could have been. Yugyeom, the youngest of them all, was the one who found him. He called for everyone else, crying as he tried to cut the ropes. He couldn’t cut it off him, though, for fear he would hurt Bambam. Jackson, the closest one to Bambam, looked broken – felt broken. He cut the ropes and carried Bambam to the nearest hospital, over a mile away. He never let go of him and couldn’t stop crying. They all couldn’t stop.

Jackson shook his head, clearing the thoughts that plagued his mind. He stared at himself in the mirror. He knew he should have gone with, but he had his own job to finish and Soo Man needed him to do it. He blamed himself when he subconsciously knew he shouldn’t.

            BANG

The next thing Jackson knew, the mirror was shattered and his hand had a dull pain. No blood, no broken finger bones, just pain he could barely feel because his emotions clouded it. He felt the tears run down his face again and silently vowed, again, that he would kill the man who hurt his best friend.

Julie set the boys down, chopping the vegetables she planned to put in the big pot of stew she was making for everyone (besides the boys who ate baby food). The boys played in the living room, not paying any attention to her. She put the lid back over the pot and began to clear the table off of all the boys’ things, placing them in an empty basket to put away after lunch. She heard footsteps come down the stairs and the boy’s giggles and screams grew louder.

“Uncle!” She heard Tao call. She looked up to see him clutching to Mark like he was the last piece of food on Earth. Mark looked uncomfortable, but picked up Tao, when he held his arms out, anyway. He gradually got more comfortable and smiled at the young boy. The other eleven climbed on the other four, the younger ones going to Mark as well.

Julie smiled, giggling as she stirred the stew. When she figured it was almost done, she set the table, placing pepper, salt, and other seasonings in the middle of the table. She filled bowls with the stew and set them along the table for the five boys and herself. She set the rest at the end for when the boys were in their seats. After that, she fixed the baby food before calling everyone in.

Mark, Jackson, Yugyeom, and Youngjae helped her feed them all, but some didn’t eat unless she fed them. She thought they would feel somewhat sad, she would, but they weren’t. They would just nod and go onto the next kid. If they were the same, then the next. If none, then they ate their own. When they were all done and out of their seats, she could finally eat her own. Sehun and Kai on her lap, occasionally asking for some more of Julie’s stew from her bowl.

The five boys watched as she fed them some of hers and then herself and then back to them. It was a never ending cycle, and when she let them down, they sat on her feet. She didn’t seem to mind and just cleaned up, walking like a penguin at times, but pulling them along nonetheless.

“You seem to be thinking long and hard about something,” Julie suddenly said before looking at them. “What is it? Did you not like the stew? I apologize. It was my first time making it.” She smiled sheepishly, the boy’s hearts suddenly feeling light and warm.

“Ani, ani,” Yugyeom said, smiling for the first time. “It was great. Thank you.” She smiled wider, shrugging as she set the bowls in the cupboards.

“So,” she began again, sitting down at the table with them, the youngest ones sitting on her legs leaving to join the others. “Is Bambam doing okay?” They nodded, staying silent. “Good. When will he be able to leave the hospital?”

“In a little bit. He gets out at three,” Youngjae said, smiling. “He only had two cuts and a head wound. He didn’t even have to have stitches, just had to stay there for the night.” Julie nodded, smiling.

“That’s great!” She answered enthusiastically, standing up as she checked the time. 2:31.

She clapped her hands twice before calling out to the boys. “Angels! We’re going on a car ride!”

With the squealing boys in the van, she turned to the other five that followed her. They followed her just like her boys, so much that she began to place them under the same column in her head as her babies that she had to protect.

“Do you guys have a car to ride in?” She asked.

            “Ani,” Mark answered.

“The orphanage gave us a ride here,” Youngjae said. The other two nodded.

“Can any of you drive?” They nodded. She smiled. “Okay. There’s one empty seat in my van so one of you can ride with me, if you want, and my old car can be drove. Here.” She held them the keys, Jackson immediately taking them, giving out this weird but adorable laugh.

“ASA~!” He said, smiling wide. Mark immediately took the keys from him.

“You are not driving,” he said firmly.

“Hyung!” Jackson said, pouting. Julie laughed.

“Last time Jackson hyung drove,” Yugyeom began whispering to me. “He crashed into a tree. And the car wasn’t even moving.”

“Bwo? How does that happen?” Julie asked, slightly confused.

“Yah! What lies are you telling her?!” Jackson yelled. Everyone laughed. Even the boys in the car giggled.

“Whatever, let’s just go get Bambam,” Youngjae said, smiling. Everyone piled into their respective cars (Mark, Youngjae, and Jackson in Julie’s car other car; Julie and Yugyeom in the van) and left.

___

“She’s leaving,” a man muttered as he leaned against a tree a bit away. No one could see him, but he could see everyone else. “For a mere boy…he shouldn’t have gotten in the way…tsk, tsk. Something must happen. It’d be boring if it didn’t.” He smirked and disappeared in the blink of an eye.

___

Arriving at the hospital, Julie and Yugyeom got the kids out. The other three were waiting up at the doors to the hospital, Jackson looking really anxious.

“Youngjae! Palli~!” He yelled in a whining tone.

“Ne~!” He called back. Julie just smiled and ushered everyone across the street and into the hospital.

They walked in, receiving many stares from nurses and doctors to police men and civilians there to see their family member(s). Only the young girls (and some older ones) cooed over the cute boys that invaded the hospital. They all walked up to the desk in front, all making sure the babies were in front of them and not running around like a pack of wild animals.

“Hello,” Julie said. “We are here to pick up…”

“Lee Jin. Female.” Mark filled in.

“Bwo?” Julie finished, smiling. We’re picking up a girl? The lady at the desk nodded, only staring dreamily at Mark before searching the computer for his room number and papers for release. Julie turned to Mark. “Why are we picking up a girl?”

“We’re not,” Youngjae said. “We just put him under Soo Man’s daughter’s name because Bambam doesn’t really have a last name one could…sound out. It’s hard to get it correctly and annoying to try, so we all decided to always have him as ‘Lee Jin’ because of instead of his original name, and because we didn’t want whoever did that to him to come back.”

“I see,” Julie said, nodding. She felt Chanyeol and…Sehun sit on her feet, wrapping their arms around her leg. She could tell without looking because of their weight. Sehun was a little lighter than Chanyeol, but Chanyeol also had longer limbs…and, Sehun had a bony . Most kids (and adults) have bony butts, but only he had one. Well, some of the others might, but they never sat on her feet so she wouldn’t know.

They chattered until the receptionist cleared . They all looked at her, her face

“Are you immediate family?” She asked, poker faced. Jackson immediately nodded. The lady sighed, giving them a pitying look.

“I’m sorry, but Lee Jin died this morning.”

Chapter 36: I really love this! So it ends with JB and his sister meeting again. So now she has a total of about 27 children but only 19 are babies and newborns. What if her herself gain power from her children. Since she was always called shield maybe it's something like that or maybe she has the power of a shield and since her children are really loving her and most the time listen to her. She like a leader/mother of supernatural babies. What if.. she's starts running a house/orphanage for supernatural babies??? Like they live in her house and maybe the built another smaller house next to main one? JB said they are there to fight a war........so how is that going to work when these cute small babies with supernatural powers that can be nice, but mess with mom you'll die. What exactly are they? demons are they trees as well or maybe just random supernatural beings
