Prologue

“What?” Yonghwa yelled through the phone.

“Shh!” Seohyun hissed on the other side of the line “Nobody can listen to it, oppa!” she exclaimed lowly.

“Why do you want me to invite Donghae hyung?” he asked in a calm tone.

“You didn’t let me explain!” she sighed “I will be inviting Jessica unni” she replied.

He furrowed his eyebrow in doubt.

“And…?” he inquired “Are they dating or something like that?” he tried to find a logical in what she was saying.

“No” she answered quickly “Well, not yet” she smirked.

“Alright, Seohyun, if your plan is to make me confused, you are being successful” he confessed.

She laughed, shaking the head.

“Mianhae, oppa” she cleared “The thing is that Kyuhyun oppa told me that Donghae oppa has a crush on my unni. According to him, he is always checking on Jessica’s weibo and Sones’ social networks, in an attempt to find something new about her, like photoshoots and this stuff. So, with my amazing brain, I’ve decided to join both of them” she finished victoriously.

Yonghwa nodded loudly, finally understanding her intentions.

“That’s pretty smart, Seo, but I have a question” he furrowed his chin “How do you know that Jessica also feels the same way as him?” he asked.

For a moment, Seohyun stood in silence.

“Honestly, I don’t she confessed “But I know my unni, and I know how lonely she can be sometimes. She doesn’t have a boyfriend since forever and, maybe, if she finds one that loves her and treats her like she deserves to, she will become happier than she is” she smiled, thinking about this possibility.

“You are a very nice maknae, Seohyun” he laughed, followed by her.

“So, are you in?” she inquired, anxious by his answer.

Suddenly, he smirked.

“Count on me”.
