Jung Nicole, a 23 year old New York based photographer and currently working for a famous local editorial magazine. She decides to go back to her homeland Seoul after hearing the news from her doctor that she has cancer and its cells are currently spreading fast. Did she decide to go back to Seoul to find alternative cure? No. She decided to go back to Seoul to produce her yet to be best work for the magazine. Nicole promised to herself that she would do the best she can and give all her time and effort for it. But as always, there comes unexpected happenings that would change her, either for the best or for the worst.

Kim Minseok, a 24 year old Seoul based supermodel and is currently called "The Trend" in his homeland. All males want to be him and all females want to be with him. Maybe because he is famous or maybe because he is rich that he is also well-known for his cold and playboy personality. Even so, everyone does not know the story behind him, the reason for his actions. Although being such, Minseok is a kind-hearted and a family-oriented person. He will do everything for his mother who is already in a state of coma for 5 years. His unexpected encounter with this one girl will change everything but what is the fun of it? It will come to a point where he would make a difficult decision that would change his world, forever.
