It's about SHINee leading up to Jinki's surgery and than after. It's all fluff, so don't worry.

I know to some it's still a really senstitive issue, but I got this idea of the members sending Jinki stuff for when he woke up in the hospital and like leaving voicemails for him to listen to when he got the chance to.
