Foreword

❝ Let me tell you about myself, I am a experienced fitness girl and i am still on this healthy fun journey. I was obese and short long time ago and now i am on the normal scale of 116lb (53kg) and 5ft 1 1/2" (however i still have that belly pot xD) . I am not here to brag about my body (turst me) or how healthy i am eating, I am trying to help and motivate you to live a healthy life and so that maybe one day when we are older we can live thousand of years together! 

Not only you will see the results that you want like a slimmer body or a model's body but you will feel great in the inside and out, I promise

Nothing is easy untill you are determined. Also just because your skinny or slim doesn't mean your healthy remember that (unles you eat healthy XD).

I think I can cut 100% of the food from the list given... I've never liked chocolates and sweets anyways... /pls dun kill meh/ I don't usually eat junk food, maybe once in 4 months?? Haha but the red meats... /sighs/ Oh and the tip about the morning water drink was pretty interesting, I never knew! XD Update soon, juseyo~
