So what if your life takes an unexpected turn and out of the blue you land with a scholarship to Korea?And what if fate brought you together with your bias?
That' s excactly what happened to Sia and Aria, two young girls from Greece who have been best friends since childhood and both of them share the same passion for baking.
Sia is the helpless romantic kind of girl.Being extremely shy and hiding in her bed reading books it's what she calls 'a wild' night!!!Her artistic tendencies are no secret as she always has to show something she's made whether that is ridiculous crafts or crazy cupcakes.You should find her name in the dictionary near the word quirky or unlucky.
On the other hand, Aria is a down to earth and shy person who has a low self esteem. Not being outgoing, she enjoys playing her piano alone more than everything in the world.She may be a bit sarcastic and a strict creature of habit at times. Though she seems distant and cold when you get to know her more she is a kind and reliable friend.
Foreword
Aria' s POV:
2 months ago me and Sia took part in an international culinary competition called "Just desserts". Winners would be offered a free scholarship at Le cordon bleu- sookmyung university. At first we were hesitant to take part but we should take every chance given to pursue our dream. We did our best but our winning is doubtful since so many prodigies had also given their best shot.
I am checking my email nervously as today the results are to be known. Sia is sitting next to me praying for our success but as a pessimist I was sure that I had failed.After 20 minutes a new email came, I was so nervous that I couldn 't even hold the mouse of my laptop.
"Siaaaa it 's here, the results are out "
She came running clamsily and she hurt her little toe at the door but the pain was covered from her nervousness. I clicked to open the message with my eyes closed.
"I am not sure if I wanna see this " I claimed but deep inside I was curious.
Several seconds of scrolling later I feel Sia tapping my arm, I opened my eyes and she was looking me with a strange smile, something was going on definetely. I turnt my head and what I saw at my computer screen was unbelievable, (yeah it' s excactly what you are thinking) both of us made it.I couldn' t believe in my eyes, our happiness was undescribable. *Happy dancing* While we were jumping from happiness, we were chanting "Viva la Corea"
