Little Bambies

Description

Sehun and Lulu were happy. But something in between the fact that Sehun never comes home and Lulu cheated on him, they parted ways.

Years later, Sehun found himself in a situation; in which Chanyeol left twins in his apartment, asking him to take care of them.

Maybe the kids can fill the hole Lulu left in Sehun's heart? Or will they help him fill it with their mom?

Foreword

Life was perfect for Oh Sehun.

Was.

Oh Sehun is a 28 years old CEO of Oh Enterprises, one of the most influential company in South Korea. He was barely twenty-one when he took over the company from his father, becoming one of the youngest CEOs there are. Being young does not mean he's an amateur in his works. His business skills are in fact admitted by many investors all over the world as one of the bests.

Aside from being a CEO, Oh Sehun is also smart, cool, and handsome. A complete prince charming package that every girl wants. Thus, Sehun was popular all throughout his school days; with girls chasing him everywhere he goes, giving him presents, and the flirts.

But of course, like every book and movie clichés, only one caught his attention.

She was a transfer student from China in his high school, entering the school via scholarship due to her genius brain. Her honey-blonde hair fell down to the middle of her back, a cherry hairclip clipping her bangs to the left side, her doe eyes were sparkly brown, her cheeks slightly tint, and her cute lips were pouting when Sehun first saw her in the school's park bench, reading a book.

"Dibs." he said to his best friends, making them groan at the loss.

Her name is Han. Her surname is Lu. Lulu is the nickname Sehun gave her. Princess Oh is the nickname the teachers gave her. The Pretty Girl We Can Never Have is the nickname the male students gave her. Dumb is the nickname the female students gave her (despite the fact that Lulu is smarter than any of them).

Lulu is Sehun's first and last girlfriend.

Sehun is Lulu's second and last boyfriend.

Note the word second.

Lulu's first boyfriend is a Korean transfer student in her old school in China. That's all Sehun knows about the jerk who apparently broke his Lulu's heart. Not that Sehun ever mind that guy anymore.

That guy won't ever get a chance to win his Lulu back, because Sehun made sure to put a ring on Lulu's ring-finger when they were 20. They were happily married for 3 years.

Were.

Funny how he thought marrying his true love will be the best decision he will ever make in his life. Now that Sehun looks back on it, marrying Lu Han is probably one of the worsts decision he ever made. After years of marrying the chinese beauty, it never sinks once in his mind that their love for each other is only one-sided.

Sehun has mixed feelings about their divorce.

On one side, he was happy with it. Not the happy-with-smiles kind of happy. But the kind of relieved-happy that he gets to stop his marriage before it gets worse. It's better now that they've ended things quietly before they start hating on each other or even planning to murder each other.

"You cheated on me!" he pinned her to the wall, trying to ignore the tug in his heart when he saw tears staining her cheeks.

On the other side, he was devastated about it. It's like a part of him died when she left him. Lulu is the one who made his world somehow more challenging and exciting. She confuses him and frustrates him with her charms to the point that he can't go a day without seeing her face. She is the first girl Sehun fell in love with. And unfortunately, she's most likely to be his last as well.

Thinking back, it was sort of his fault. He was crazy with his work. Sehun wants to be the best in his field. Sometimes he stay out in his office till midnight to work, coming home to see Lulu already curled up on the couch as she waited for him. He rarely give her time. He thought Lulu would understand and support him. But she didn't.

"NO! YOU LISTEN!" Sehun yelled. "I thought you love me, Lu! How could you cheat on me like that?! I'm your husband, Lu Han! Heck, do you know how ty I'm feeling right now?! Seeing my wife who came home after midnight in the arms of her ex-boyfriend?"

"I'm sorry I came home late. I was with my friend! I promise you, I didn't cheat on you, Hun-" she cried.

"Yeah, you seem to be having so much fun with that friend." he said sarcastically. "Is he that fun that you stayed all night with him?!"

"I didn't cheat on you! Why won't you believe me?" she sounded so hurt, Sehun almost stopped. Almost.

"Maybe because you're not giving me a reason to believe in you anymore." he said coldly.

Luhan's eyes widened at his words, clearly offended by them. "You're not in your right state of mind, Oh Sehun. You're the one who hasn't been home at all this week!"

"So? Is that your lame excuse? Blaming me for your own betrayal?" Sehun gritted his teeth. "Because I haven't been home at all this week - that's why you chose to go off with your ex-boyfriend and play?"

"No! He asked me to hang out; our other friends-"

"How many common friends do you have with him?! Lu, imaginary friends don't count!"

"Imaginary friends?" Lulu gasped in disbelief. "There are three others, Hun! Even if it was just me and him, you should've trusted me! I'm your wife!"

That doe look in her wet eyes almost made Sehun drop his guard again. She looks so sincere and innocent. But Sehun can't let this go on anymore. It's been hurting so much, he can't continue this pretend act. It needs to stop.

"I saw my wife and her ex-boyfriend walking out from a fancy hotel together on my way home, so I follow them. That ed up man took my wife home and gave her a kiss before he hugs her goodnight." Sehun told her what he saw. "Don't I have the right to not trust you now?!"

"NO! You're my husband! You have to trust me no matter what! And we did not kiss!" Lulu cried, her voice shaking. "I can't believe you! You're away 24/7, leaving me alone to who knows where, and I still trusted you! Why can't you do the same?"

"It was work, Lu!" Sehun retorted. "How could you do this to me?"

"I can explain everything! I didn't cheat on you, Hun! I love you so much-"

"Damnit stop the lies, Lu Han!" he screamed at her face. "We've fought so many times before because of your ex-boyfriend. Why can't you just stay away from him like I asked you to?!"

This time, Lulu doesn't answer him. She just kept on crying and crying, shattering Sehun's heart into million pieces. His grip on her wrists is starting to leave a mark and Sehun knows it's starting to hurt her. But too much is too much, Lu ..

"Because he's my friend, Hun." she whimpered quietly. "I can't tell our friends about us; they're busy and it's shameful. He was just trying to cheer me up when I feel lonely. Lonely, because you're never there for me anymore!"

No he wasn't trying to cheer her up. That disgusting man slept on his bed, next to his wife. He saw them with his two eyes through the CCTV cameras he installed in their home. He let them go the first time because he's too tired for anything and he loves Lulu too much to confront her about it. Twice, thrice. Only the moon would know if there's any ual activities going on when he's not watching.

It hurts. A lot.

"So now you're comparing me and him? That I'm never there for you, while he is?" Sehun asked, voice lower than ever. He knows he's at his limit.

"Wh- Comparing?! I would never do tha-"

"You're still in love with him even after all this time." Sehun stated coldly.

Lulu's jaws dropped, flabbergasted. "In love with him?! Why would I marry you if I'm still in love with him?!"

"I don't know. Maybe it was your plan all along; to make me love you so I'll do anything for you. And then you'll take advantage of my money and run away to live happily ever after with your ex-boyfriend."

That probably went too far. She struggled out from Sehun's grip, then she used her hand to slap Sehun right on his cheek, trying to put some sense into his head. "I can't believe you said that to me."

"I can't believe you cheated on me."

It was quiet for a cold minute there. None of the two take their eyes away from each other, as if trying to read the other's mind. Sehun is hurt. Lulu is hurt. The tension around them is so thick, meat-loaf thick. The cold night air is not helping either.

"Hun, maybe you're just stressed out from your job," Lulu said, eyes softening although there are still tears lingering in it. "we both need to clear our mind first-"

"No." he stated sternly. "I want to finish this now. I can't hold it in anymore."

"We're going to regret whatever we said if we continue this." she pleads. "Sehun, please."

"No." Sehun repeated, not conscious that now his own tears are also sliding down his cheeks.

"Sehun, I'm tired of all of this!" Lulu cried harder, frustrated. She slides her back down the wall and covered her face with her hands. "I'm tired of us fighting like this!"

"You started it."

Suddenly, a flame of anger burst inside Luhan. The chinese woman stood up from the floor and faces her husband, her usually sparkling doe eyes are now glaring daggers at Sehun. Sehun's expression doesn't look less intense than hers either. In fact, he felt like he's going to explode any minute now.

"Y-you know what?" she wiped her tears with her hand sloppily. "I'm tired of this. I can't do this anymore, Oh Sehun. I can't go on like this anymore."

"Then maybe you should just leave." he challenged her; hoping she would tell him that she loves him so much that she wouldn't do that to him.

Lulu looked like she was slapped a hundred times that night. Unlike Sehun's prediction, she stormed out of their mansion while covering her face with both her hand. To him, it was Lulu waving her white flag. She was giving up on him.

So he just stood there frozen, too hurt and too shocked to make any attempt to chase after her.

Sehun never hears from her after that. She probably ran to her ex-boyfriend to tell him that she finally ended things with him and that they can get back together. Luhan is nowhere to be found, she changed her phone number, and probably moved back to China or something.

The last she gave him, is a divorce paper.
