20 year old Emma has lived in Korea for the past 6 years do to the fact that her father was transferred because of his work. She made many friends through the years, but when she entered college, she only really stayed in touch her best friend and housemate, Youngwoo. The two had sat next to each other in middle school, and have been the closest of friends ever since.

Surprisingly, Youngwoo became a father of twins back when he and Emma were still in high school. The mother, Youngwoo's older girlfriend, ran off and abandoned the children. To make matters worse, his parents threw him and his kids out, disowning him and cutting all ties with him.

Sympathetic, Emma and her family brought Youngwoo and his babies into their home. Because he is not only her best friend, Emma also loves children, so she often helped Youngwoo look after his kids as the years passed. She's a full-time university student, studying to become a teacher while working part-time at a local daycare/pre-school. One day, Youngwoo asks something incredible of her: he asks to pose as the twins' mother and take them in for the filming of the next season of Hello Baby.
