During the time Jongin was at work it had begun raining and that only meant the sales rate would drop since no one bothered to be outside during the rain. Even though Jongin was standing outside taking in the shelter of the small boutique behind him where he had placed the stand filled with all kind of fish, he tried selling fish to every customer that were walking by, but they weren`t interested they were eager to get home.

With a huff Jongin decided to call it a night and he did at the right time since an older male came running towards him. “Jongin-sshii! Jongin-sshii!” Jongin stopped his movements and turned to look at the older male who was also known as Mrs. Song`s husband, Mr. Song.

“Yes? Is everything alright?” Jongin asked panicked and the man was waving with his free hand while holding onto the umbrella he had brought with him tightly with the other.

“Here, take this” He pushed the umbrella on him making Jongin baffled. “I`ll take care of this. You go home, Minah is giving birth to your baby” Mr. Song pushed him away and it took some time before Jongin could swallow the truth but soon he grinned from ear to ear thanking the older man for the news and rushed home with his stomach filled with butterflies out of excitement.

The moment he stepped inside his house he was welcomed with loud screams coming from their room, and another woman telling Minah to breathe and push. Jongin threw away the umbrella and ran inside the room seeing a woman at the end of the bed taking care of the birth, seemed like she was the midwife while Mrs. Song was on the other end of the bed encouraging his girl. Minah was lying on the bed, her eyes closed shut, her hands clenching the bed sheets and her forehead having drops of sweats. Jongin darted over to her side and grabbed her hand and her eyes opene
