Sungmin became blind that resulted from a car accident. He was upset and wanted to take his own life. Kyuhyun was a patient in the same hospital who suffers from a weak heart. His days were numbered, and his only hope for survival was a heart transplant. However, he long gave up to continue his life because of the lack of heart donors.

They were both desperate to die, thinking that their life was a waste, until that fateful day when they met each other.
