I blinked as I saw light distract my sight which makes me woke up.

Suddenly, I remembered what happened yesterday—or at least before I out as I jolted out of the bed—wait, where the hell am I?
“You’ve woke up? Calm down, it’s okay,” I heard a girl’s voice beside me and I turned. It’s a…nurse?
I’m at hospital?
“Why I am here?” I asked and that thought keep haunting my mind. “I need to go now, I-I…”
“Calm down, Mr. Lee, everything is fine. You’re fainted. I better call your friend now, okay? please wait here,” she said but of course I can’t calm down.
I hope this is just a dream.
“Eunhyukkie!!!!!!!” I heard someone yelled at me and suddenly someone rushed inside the room. It’s Xiah, and behind him, I can see Leeteuk hyung, with Sungmin and Kyuhyun. They are all came inside as the nurse left the room.
Xiah suddenly hugged me.
“it’s okay, Hyuk ah… everything is will be fine,” He muttered.
I hugged him back and suddenly I felt suffocating feelings on my throat, as I can actually believe what’s just happened.
Unconsciously, I felt something warm flowing on my cheek.
“Hae will be okay,”
I heard Leeteuk hyung said, still with his pale expression like I saw before, but now worse. It’s really obvious that there’s concern on his face and that breaks my heart even more.
“I-I want to see Hae,” I murmured huskily, releasing myself from Xiah’s embrace as what I was thinking is only one person right now.
“You’re not allowed, we are all not allowed,” Kyuhyun said suddenly, stopping me from going anywhere.
I turned at him furiously, “WHY?”
“calm down, Hyuk ah, he’s still… need—“
“I need him, damnit! I need him!” I couldn’t control myself.

Leeteuk hyung and Sungmin stared at each other as they expression is become sadder than before. No, this can’t be happening. They just fool me.

I was at Kyu’s house when suddenly, my phone rang.
Leeteuk hyung.

I pointed at my phone and he pick it. “Yoboseyo?”
Kyu’s eyes widened. “WHAT!? O-okay. I’ll be there really soon,” he said and handed me the phone, then hugged me as he wiped my tears.
“Everything’s gonna be okay, Minnie... trust me,” he whispered before both of us drove to the hospital.

Teuk hyung turned at me and called out slowly. His face is really pale, and his face are red.
“Where’s Hae?” Kyu asked.
“He’s at the operation room,” Heechul hyung said.

I never saw Heechul hyung be that pale like this. I couldn’t help but letting out my tears once again, and Kyu quickly hugged me and my back.
“I-Is he going to be okay, K-kyu?”
“He is, Minnie...” he whispered. I know he doesn’t know, but at least that can make me feel calm abit.
Suddenly, I remembered something.
“H-hyung, how about Eunhyuk?”
Teuk hyung sighed heavily with his sad expression. “He’s fainted right after I told him. He’s been waiting for Hae for hours there, at park,”
My heart hurt hearing that.
I can’t believe this must be happening.
It’s their first date.

“Hello,” He greeted, “Who are you?”
The guy stared at Kyu, even I can’t see his eyes through his glasses, but then he took off of it, revealing his tired eyes but I can admit, he’s very cute guy.
“Ah, hi,” he said weakly. “I’m the bodyguard,”
My eyes widened. How could that be!? Donghae dad’s bodyguard?? He won’t be here!
“Y-you’re the bodyguard?” Teuk hyung then asked in disbelief. “I’m sorry I didn’t recognize you... But really... I thought you...”
The guy smiled, make him looks beautifully handsome. Okay—I just defining him, not that I’m attracted to him. Kyu’s way more handsome, okay?
“That’s okay,” he said and smiled again, but now his smile looks bitter.
“What is your name?”
He looks doubt for awhile, but then smiled again at us.
“Nichkhun,” he said slowly, “Nichkhun Buck,”

He nodded. “Yeah, actually, I’m from Thailand,” He then got up and bowed. To be honest, he doesn’t looks like a bodyguard at all. He’s too cool to be one. And too cute.

“Kyu,” Teuk hyung interrupted, “I think he helped the polices to contact me right after the accident,” he said.

“What? You mean, you pay for this?” Teuk hyung asked in disbelief as he stood up. “You shouldn’t do it, let me pay for you,”
But Nichkhun quickly shook his head again and smile, his angelic smile. Okay, how come a guy like him become a bodyguard? It’s really weird.
“No, my money is enough for paying this. Just, let me pay,” he said.

“It’s for my apology too, I didn’t take care of him well,”
So he’s suppose to guard Hae? So his dad is kind enough to give him someone to protect him? But... How come Hae never mentioned about him before?

“No, I suppose to stalk him,” He muttered, “Mr. Lee told me to tell if he do something related to... You know. Dating with the Fukuura student,”

“Y-you tell him about this? Are you the bodyguard who chase after him?” Teuk hyung asked.

Teuk hyung now sat beside him. “Wait, you mean...?”
“Mr. Lee told the other bodyguards to chased after him this morning because he ran away. I know where’s he up to, so I told the others that I could chase him.” Nichkhun started explaining. “But of course I didn’t, I know he’s on a date and I don’t want to ruin it. But he still thinks that there’s still someone chasing him so he ran again after he bought the flowers. The car hit him right in front of my eyes,”
He then stared down, maybe almost crying. Awh, he’s really a nice bodyguard. I thought all of Hae dad’s bodyguard is same like their master. But this one? Really... he doesn’t deserve to be one.
“W-where is the owner of the car?” Wookie asked.
“He ran away. But I got the car’s number,” he answered, “Just in case,”
Teuk hyung patted his shoulder. “Does Hae knows you?”
“I bet he doesn’t, he’s not supposed to know me,” Nichkhun just answered.
Suddenly, I heard steps from the corridor, revealing Siwon and Kibum. Behind them, there’s Fox coming.
“Siwon ah,” Heechul hyung called.
“H-how’s Hae hyung?” Kibum asked. He looks really shocked and I know it. Hae’s really nice towards him.
“It’s still not done yet,” Kyu answered him. “Let’s we all just wait,”
Everyone seated on the waiting room’s chair as no one speak because drowning with our own thought. Teuk hyung is gripping Kangin hyung’s hand tightly, Heechul hyung hugged Hankyung hyung’s shoulder as he buried his face on his neck, Fox’s couple, they’re all holding hands waiting for the doctor to come out and me, I don’t know since when I’ve been tightly gripping to Kyu’s arm.
“K-Kyu,” I whispered at him as he stared at me. “I’m afraid,”
“Don’t be, Minnie... He’ll be fine.”
Oh how I wish that could be true.
About 10 minutes later, a phone suddenly rang and someone hurriedly stood up to answer the call. It’s Nichkhun.
“Ah, yes sir, I...” Before he could talk more, he already stared at the phone and I bet the line has cut off.
Hey, who’s that? Is it Hae’s dad—
“Where’s he?!”
Suddenly someone exclaimed. We’re all turned to the voice came from and it turns out revealing a middle aged man walking fastly towards us.
Nichkhun hurriedly stood up again and bowed at him.

He is Hae’s dad.
Omo, what if he mad at Nichkhun for letting Hae go? I don’t want Nichkhun to be punished since he’s nice... What if he mad at us?
He glanced at everyone. “Where’s he?”
“uh, you mean, Donghae?” Teuk hyung asked as he eyed Hae’s dad. It doesn’t look like he’s scared of him.
“Who else?” Hae’s dad asked back impatiently. “I need to see him,”
Teuk hyung just stood up, “What do you want to do? Scolding him? Telling him he’s a stupid son? He’s nearly dead and you want to tell him how regret you’re having him? He’s inside and we’re not allowing you to see him,” he said.

Teuk hyung is really cool.
Before Hae’s dad can answered, Teuk hyung already said again. “Why are you here, Mr. Lee? I hope you can leave if you just about to still force him to do anything you want. That’s enough,”
Surprisingly, Hae’s dad is just stared down without doing anything and I can see he’s clenching his fist.
“I...” he just murmured. “I’m sorry,”
Oh my god! Did he just... apologize?
I stared at Teuk hyung and he widened his eyes. “Sorry, sir?”
Hae’s dad sighed heavily, staring deeply to our eyes one by one. His expression is sad, his eyes a bit teary and I swear from his sudden pale face, I caught worry and...

Eunhyuk just ran entering the room now, with eyes full of hatred and sad.
I can imagine how he feels.
He’s sad, hurt, tired, and I know he still can’t accept the truth.
Just, think about it... It’s their first date, Hae and him, feeling already really happy because Hae choose him and canceled his engagement for him when too excited feeling has owned, he couldn’t even realize he already wait that long.
Until he fell asleep.
And when he woke up, he met the worst nightmare of his life.
I don’t want to imagine that, I know it really hurts.
“I really... sorry,” I heard Hae’s dad said, still looking down.
What could blame him when he already apologize? I think he really regret it because I can see it clearly on his face. But I know, Eunhyuk, he’ll hardly accept his apology.
“Just... leave him alone for now,” Teuk hyung said.
“I’m gonna check on him,” Xiah said, but then Kangin hyung stopped him. “just give him a little time to be alone with Donghae, he’s still mad,” and Xiah just nodded.
I glance at Victoria. Her eyes are teary and I can heard her sobbed softly. And beside her, I think it’s her aunt—because Hae’s dad just came back home and going back here with both of them—who is his hair, calming Victoria.
I know she’s really care for Hae.

Suddenly, someone tapped my shoulder from behind. It’s Teukie hyung. His eyes are already so puffy by now, and his face are red.
“Minnie ah, come with me,”

“Doctor says Hae’s fine, but the accident make his head hit too hard, and we don’t know the affect until he wake up which he didn’t know when, b-but...” Teuk hyung said as he continue walking along the hospital’s corridor.
“But what, hyung?”
“His head, Min ah... I’m afraid something bad happening to him as the doctor said that it hit on his back of the head,”
I couldn’t help but felt a tear coming down.
“E-everything will be okay, hyung...” I said as I unconsciously sobbed.
He nodded and pat my shoulder. “I-I know. Now, I want you to do something for me,”
“What is it, hyung?”
We walked into the car parking and walked toward Kangin hyung’s car as he opened the door, taking something from passenger seat.
“T-this,”
I palmed my mouth.
It’s a bucket of beautiful flowers.
“Please... give it to Eunhyuk for me, I c-couldn’t...” he started to sobbed again, even I know he had letting enough tears coming out from his eyes.
“I will, hyung,” I said hurriedly, afraid he will cry more as I accepting the bucket of flowers. I swear these flowers are really beautiful. And there’s a letter attached between it.
“This is... the letter?”
Teuk hyung nodded. “thanks, Minnie ah,”
I smiled. “you’re welcome, hyung,”
Anything that Hae wrote in this letter, I just know it will definitely make Eunhyuk sad so I think I just have to give him in the right time.

I felt a soft on my shoulder as I opened my eyes and feel like my eyes are so heavy.
OMO!
Did I sleep?
“Wake up, Eunhyukkie,” I heard Xiah’s voice. “It’s already morning,”
I blinks for a while and jolted up when I remembered something.
Oh, gosh.
I’ve been sleeping in sitting position as my head leaning on the bed? On...
Hae’s bed?
So that’s not dream?
H-how could that be?
“I-It’s not a... dream,” I muttered in disbelief. I thought it was a dream. I thought yesterday’s nightmare was finally over.
But why I woke up in the same place I thought I might sleep before?
I felt another .
“It’s okay... He’s fine, Hyuk ah,”
But it’s still not a dream.
“Hae is okay...”
I gulped, tried to swallow those bundle of suffocating feelings but I think I couldn’t able to handle it which makes my cheeks wet from warm tears that freshly pouring down from my eyes.
“H-Hae is o-okay...” I repeated what Xiah just said without knowing why I did it. Maybe I just want to make sure, even I know Xiah himself didn’t sure.
Yeah, Hyuk, Hae’s okay.
He’s definitely okay.
Hae is strong, right?
I know he is.
After my tears got dry and Xiah’s been able to calmed me down, finally he managed to make me go with him for a breakfast because I didn’t really want to eat at this time and of course, I don’t want to leave Hae alone in this room for sick people.
I know he wants me to accompany him.
But Xiah said if I sick I’m not going to be able to accompany him from now so I finally surrendered from that one.

At cafeteria, I suddenly really lost my appetite. No, it’s not about the food. I think the foods here look delicious. But I can’t do this.
I need Hae.
“Hyuk, what do you want to eat?” Xiah asked, offering me the menu.
I just silent as I shook my head. Damn, what did I do? I should eat or else I will get sick and I know Hae won’t likes it. But... I need him and I don’t want to eat without him!
Aish.
“Hyuk, not again,” He said. “I know you want Hae, but you can just eat since you’re already here,”
I just stared down.
Suddenly, I heard a voice behind me.
“What happened?”
I think it’s Sungmin voice.
“Eunhyukkie doesn’t want to eat,” Xiah said, shrugging his shoulders. “I’ll go grab something for him to eat now okay?” he said as he eyed Sungmin and Sungmin nodded.
And then Xiah left us.
I continue to stared down, thinking about how should I eat in a time like this when suddenly I feel movement in front of me which I bet it’s Sungmin sit in Xiah’s place before.
“Eunhyuk ah,”
I didn’t even move. Don’t ask, I don’t know why I just not in mood to talk to anyone else.
“Hey,”

I looked up at him.
Sungmin is looking deeply at my eyes, with really serious expression.
“what?” I asked.
“Please eat,”
I sighed. I thought he want to say something els—
“If you eat, I think I’m considering to give you something…”
My brows raised. “What? What is it?”
He sighed as he leaned his back to the seat. “have to eat first,”
What the hell is this?
Is he tricking me?
This is not funny at all.
“Sungmin ah, this is not funny,” I said as I getting really curious. I don’t know why I’m getting this serious, I just feeling curious all of a sudden.
“Who said it’s funny?” He responded, and yeah, I don’t think like he’s smiling at all. His face is really straight serious.
I just remain silent.
“Make sure you eat a lot before I give your thing,” he said and then stood up for Xiah to sit at his previous seat.
I stared at him blankly. My thing? So that’s mine? Why he didn’t just give it to me? because he wants me to eat, ah, pabo Hyuk.
“I’ll be at… Hae’s room,”

I walked in rush to Hae’s room right after I finished my meal. I don’t taste anything in my meal. My only motivation to keep eating is my thing that Sungmin’s said. And now I’ve finished my meal, I want that thing he promised to me.
I opened the door and it reveals Sungmin with his back facing me.
“Have you eat?” he asked.
“I have,”
“G-good,”
Why is he stuttering?
“Sungmin ah?”
He slowly turned back and…
Omo.
What’s that?
“H-hyuk… this is… from Hae,”
My heart suddenly stopped.
Sungmin’s face is full of tears and on his hands, I saw a bucket of flowers that’s not really fresh but I know it’s really beautiful even until today, it’s really, beautiful.

“He… He got hit by car… W-while holding this.. Hyuk…” he said while sobbing and handed me the flowers.
