Who is in charge of them?

Well their monarchs and leaders. It all started in the year 2016. These creatures walked out of the shadows and made themselves known to us humans who were afraid of what they could do to us. Our leaders accepted them into our society wanting to avoid a war.

Each continent was divided so that all creatures could live peacefully. Everyone was happy with what they had gotten out of this... that is everyone except the Vampires.

They thought of themselves as the best and they became greedy for more land. they decided to invade the Human Kingdom. Of course we fought back bravely and won with the help of the Fairies. many men were lost during the Human-Vampire War. Fairies have the worst relationship with vampires. They fought and fought throughout the years. Last time they fought was ten years ago. Since then We have had peace.

I am human

Well i think i am. You see i was adopted when i was three from an Orphanage in Seoul and taken back to the Human land. Seoul is the city where everyone can go and find peace. Wolves, vamps, fairies, mutants, and humans... All of them live peacefully here. that's why when i was adopted my parents didn't know if i was a creature or human. They didn't care though. They are my parents now and they love me dearly~ :)
