NEW YEAR FOR EVERYONE!!

 

It is already 11 PM and everyone just can’t wait for the change of the year. The 5 hot guys with their guest, Kibum, spend the night around the city garden. Kibum finally managed to stay with the family for 12 hours and he thinks he can do more than it. Since he explains everything to hangmin, the boy is never talk again with him or even looking at him. It makes Kibum feels a slight guilt creep in his heart. He knows he had ruined Changmin’s pride, but at least he didn’t say it to the public, he had kept it for himself since forever.

 

Now they are sitting on the snowy grass and drink some warm can coffee brought by Jaejoong and Yunho. Since the ‘incident’ in the inn last day, they like stick together and never let go one another. Yoochun and Junsu keep teasing each other and sometimes they can hear a loud squeak from the dolphin boy, it means Yoochun pokes him.

 

 

“1 hour to go” Jaejoong says while rubbing his palm on his upper arms, it is cold to be outside in this kind of weather.

 

“Who told you to go outside in this snowy night huh? It is better for us just stay home in front of the fireplace” Yunho wraps his extra winter coat to the pouting Jaejoong.

 

“But it won’t be special if we just spend the New Year eve in the home like we always did. We can’t be like that forever Yun~~” he whines at the bigger guy and he just chuckles seeing the elder’s cute side.

 

“Why do you want to go out so badly, huh? Look! There are bunch of couple here doing lovey dovey things and it is somehow make me jealous” Yunho says while stealing a glance to Jaejoong side who stay calm, doesn’t care nor effected with Yunho’s sentence.

 

“Huft…. It reminds me when he brought me outside in the New year eve and we spend the night sitting on that bench and talking sweetly to each other” He says while pointing at the bench that now filled with a couple. Yunho swears he can see Jaejoong’s eyes get watery and he feels a sharp dagger stabs deeply in his heart. Jaejoong can’t ever forget that person.

 

“Hyunjoong~ah….!!!!  Do you like it seeing your beloved Jaejoong sad like this, huh?!!” Yunho shouts to the night sky, some snow fall on his fair face. Jaejoong looks at his friend immediately in shock; Yunho reminds the same, ignoring Jaejoong’s stare.

 

“He says he doesn’t like it Jae….” Yunho turns to face Jaejoong who already crying. He takes Jaejoong’s face on his palm and wipes his tears with his thumb. His thumbs move to Jaejoong lips and pull the two sides to form a sweet smile on the pretty man’s face.

 

“Now it is better” he says and nods in satisfaction.

 

‘Do you want me to love this person??’ he says in his mind while smiling in tears.

 

He hugs Yunho and the younger startled at the sudden contact but he managed to calm and hugs him back, “Let’s sit there” Yunho is pointing the bench that now empty. Jaejoong still doesn’t budge at all, still hugging the younger man.

 

“Please stay like this for a while; I miss this kind of feeling. I never once feel the warmth since he left. Sorry…. But if you don’t mind-”

 

“Just stay, I don’t mind. You can stay like this as long as you want” he smiles warmly and tightens his hug to the smaller man to endure his own pain.As long as Jaejoong happy, he will be happy even if he has to hurt.

“Su~ie…. You spell it wrong again!” Yoochun grabs the phone from Junsu’s palm and looks at the screen.

 

“It is ‘I LOVE YOU’! Not ‘I LOP YOU’!” Yoochun feels stressed teaching this person. He insists that he want to learn English so badly but he always fail in spelling it correctly.

 

“Chun~~ Korean alphabet doesn’t have ‘V’ so it is hard to spell it correctly~~” he whines with his puppy eyes and it makes Yoochun want to eat him alive now.

 

“Ck…. This fellow…..” he makes Junsu face him again and makes him starring his lips.

 

“Do it like this! V!” he pulls up his lower lip and placed it right under his upper teeth and pull it down again while producing sound from his throat (A/N: You can practice it yourself saying V, hehehehe).

 

“P” Junsu says innocently and Yoochun face palming his face, frustrated.

 

“Okay okay! I LOP YOU! You can say it like that!” he says finally, cannot bear it anymore.

 

“Yah!!” Junsu drags Yoochun who has already stands up and about to leave. But that was the wrong move, Yoochun lose his balance and falls on top of Junsu. Their face is just a mere centimeter away. The two widened their eyes and staring at each other eyes without even blink their eyes. They can feel each other’s heartbeat and it makes the two blushing.

 

“Ehm.. Not in public young man….” Someone says and they turn their gaze to the source of the voice and find their dongsaeng smirk on them.

 

“Eehhmm…. Chun…. You are heavy….” Junsu blurts out and Yoochun tries to stand up immediately.

 

“Sorry Su~ie….” He says while helping the cute man to stand up.

 

“Ehhmm,,,, can we sit on one of those bench instead? It is cold here” Junsu says while looking down, hiding his blushing face. He walks to the nearest bench and in hurry but stopped immediately when he feels someone grabs his arm and pulls him. His face succeeded lading on Yoochun’s face and Yoochun not thinking twice to kiss those attempting lips sweetly. Junsu closes his eyes at the sensation. He still can’t process the kissing information in his head. It is all new for him.

From the other side of the garden, their dongsaeng seeing them while chuckles on his hyungs behavior.

 

“Wooahh…. Yoochun hyung is surely move fast” he praises his hyung.

 

“Why? Do you jealous?” someone interrupts his thought. That person is no other than Kibum. He looks away with annoyed expression.

 

“Till when you will avoid me Minnie??” Kibum says with his sweet sincere smile and Changmin just rolls his eyes.

 

“Do I have to say it? I don’t like you at all!” Changmin says sarcastically to Kibum’s face and he swears he can see a tint of sadness in the smaller man’s eyes. Honestly, the minute he know that Kibum is his snow white, he can feel that certain feeling that had been missing these all years coming back to his heart. That feeling, Kibum is the one who brings it to his life, and finally he is the one who bring it back to him. The feeling of warmth.... The feeling of love, but he doesn’t want to admit it, his pride not allow him to do so.

 

Kibum smiles in return and looks at the night sky, a single tear drop from his beautiful eyes, “I’ve been hiding this feeling for years and never once I try to erase it nor sharing it with other men or women, sunbae….” He then turns to look at the elder guy beside him, “You know why I can be this strong even if you mock me or act like jerk in front of me?” he smiles again, hurtful smile, “Because you are the one who teach me how to be strong” he turns to look forward. He opens his palm and let snow fall on his freezing palm.

 

“This fragile Snow White has becoming strong because he loves someone and he believes that he can gain his prince love no matter what cost” he close his palm and look at the melting snow in his palm, “And even what he gains is failure, he still can move on” he smiles again sweetly, starring at Changmin’s eyes that eyeing him all the time.

 

“Before everything is too late, I want to say it sunbae….” He turns to face Changmin and held his hand, “Saranghae….”

The sound of fireworks -(A/N: Did it sounds like that?? I don’t know either so forgive me if it sounds… weird :D)- startled the couples that have been there the whole time. They look up to the night sky that now full with colorful fireworks.

 

Kibum pierces his eyes because it is so bright. He smiles so sweetly and keep looking at the sky, he doesn’t even aware that Changmin has been seeing him the whole time, and for the first time since they meet each other he smiles sincerely to Kibum.

 

“Will you be my boyfriend, Kim Kibum?” he says and Kibum looks at him immediately. His eyes widened in shock, he even can’t say anything. He managed to calm himself and smiles to Changmin.

 

“If it is because our bet, I don’t want to be your boyfriend” he answers calmly. He is aware that Changmin is not the type that can forgive someone easily, moreover after he did these all to him.

 

“I want your heart, your love, not your body” he looks away from Changmin and face the colorful sky again.

 

‘Look Changmin!! You always messed up everything!’ Changmin cursed in his heart. He proposes Kibum sincerely but the boy doesn’t even believe him again.

 

“Aaiisshh….” He grabs Kibum’s arm and look straight to his eyes. Kibum shocked a bit but managed not be calm.

 

‘Ok Changmin! It is now or never!! You don’t want to lose him for the second time, do you??!!’ he encourage himself.

 

“Yah…. At least save my pride Kibum! I am a man with pride; at least consider it as you help me to save me from embarrassing myself in front of you and my hyungs because they already know our bet! I don’t want to owe something to you. I promised that I will make you my lover if you can spend the Christmas eve with my ‘family’ didn’t I?” he really wants to slap himself for uttering that reason. The most stupid and desperate reason he ever make. But at least he isn’t sound like begging to him.

 

“So…. Will you be my boyfriend, Kibum~ah?” he repeats his plea and face Kibum again. The later just smirk in return.

 

“Tsk…. A man with pride huh? Ok… ok… I accept you sunbae…. I will be your boyfriend! Now, are you satisfied that I already save your pride??!!” he smiles again to his new lover. Changmin just grinning widely like idiot. “Do you that happy I accept you as my boyfriend? You are grinning like a mad man” Kibum blurts out and stands up, he then leave Changmin dumbfounded alone on their bench.

 

“Yah!! Where did you go??” he shouts and Kibum just pointing the direction with his chin. Changmin follows the direction and there he sees his hyungs gather and chat happily.

Back to their home in the dawn, even Kibum finally has to sleep over there; the 6 hearts can’t feel calm anymore. They are busy with their own thinking and feeling. The six people had tried to sleep in different kind of move but fail.

 

 

Junsu hides his flushing face in his pillow, can’t even dare to lift it up again. He is too embarrassed if he remembers the ‘incident’ between him and Yoochun. He touches the part that Yoochun has been kissed and he can’t help but to blush again, as red as tomato.

 

 

‘You are so dead for making me like this Park Yoochun!’ but then he grins again like mad man.

 

 

In the other room, Yoochun is messing his own hair feeling so stupid for making the first stupid move. How if his Junsu mad and doesn’t want to talk with him again?! He will just suicide if it is so. He opens his curtain and look outside the window, snow are still falling beautifully, sending chill on everyone heart, but it is not even calming his heart.

 

 

‘If he doesn’t want to talk to me again, I will make him talk to me whatever it cost!’ he then walks to his bed and ready to sleep even he believes it would be hard!

 

 

Kibum in the guest room still fully awake and caressing Changmin’s photo in his cellphone. He examines his finally-being-lover-after-crushing-for-years face and can’t help but smile. He can’t believe these are real.

 

 

‘Did I tell you that I will win your heart, my prince?? As much as you admit it not to love me, you can never escape from my charm. I’m being called as Snow White the Heartbreaker is not for nothing’ he smirks to the photo for the last time before turns it off and sleeps, dreaming about his prince.

 

 

Changmin himself already sleep soundly and peacefully. He is really the type that not easy to carry on with the situation. He indeed loves his ‘princess’, but he has no time to think about it the whole day. He chooses to sleep because he is tired like hell. But deep in his slumber, he dreams his ‘princess’ like he always did. If it was a nightmare for him before, because he didn’t get chance to reveal his true feeling, now it is a sweetest dream he ever had in his whole life.

 

 

Yunho just rolls his body side to side because he can’t even close his eyes. He feels happy that Jaejoong began to trust him and the same time he feels pain because Jaejoong is not seeing him as someone, he sees him as Hyunjoong. He takes his cellphone on his nightstand and stares at the screen; it is his photo with Jaejoong taken about 3 hours ago while celebrating the New Year eve. Jaejoong smiles happily, he never once seeing him like that. He then press his number 2 speed dials, it is Jaejoong’s number.

 

After 3 long ‘tuuuttthh’, finally Jaejoong receive his call.

 

“Do I disturb you, Joongie?” he asks softly, afraid that the later will get mad.

 

‘Aniyo Yun,, wae?’ Jaejoong seems to be fully awake too.

 

“I can’t sleep”

 

‘Ehem?? So??’

 

“I don’t know what to do, so I just call you. Maybe I can sleep after hearing your voice like I usually do”

 

‘Like you usually do? What did you mean?’

 

“I listen to your songs every night to get to sleep”

 

A sound of someone chuckling can be heard, ‘So why now you call me?’

 

“Why I have to listen to the song if the one who sing the song is right beside my room? Right across this wall”

 

Yunho can hear Jaejoong’s soft laughter from his phone, ‘I don’t know if Jung Yunho, the crazy workaholic plus the heir of Jung Corp. can say such things?! Unbelievable!’

 

“Now you know my other side”

 

‘Eehhmm…. Okay…. I’ll sing for you till you asleep. Any request??’

 

Yunho silent for a while, thinking about the best song he wants to hear, ‘You Only Love please…. I love that song’

Jaejoong ends his singing when he receives no response anymore from Yunho. He smiles while looking at his cellphone; he knows the man is already in deep slumber.

 

“Aish…. You sleep already huh?” he removes the phone from his ear.

 

“Good night Yunnie~~~” he says finally and hung up the phone.

 

 

Jaejoong stares at the photo framed really well on his nightstand; it is his photo with Hyunjoong at their first date. He looked still so clumsy and nerd with his glasses. He smiles to the photo and looks at the mirror right in front of him.

 

“Time moves on, years change, even my appearance changes” he caresses the photo, but then his smile fades, “But why my heart can’t change? Why my heart still can’t move on?” he asks to the photo.

 

He hugs it in his chest and places it at its place again. He touches his necklace that is hidden behind his pajama and smiles bitterly.

 

“Is it because of this? I’ve been tied for you forever?” he looks at the necklace again.

 

“Don’t you think that Yunho is a good person, Hyunjoong? Why don’t you just take this necklace off of my neck and let me move on? I promise I won’t forget you, you will always have your own place in my heart” I smiles again, painfully.

 

“I always feel I betray you when I’m in his embrace, but at the same time, I’m hurt if he gives up on me…. Please give me answer!” he wipes the tears that fall on his cheeks. He lays his body on the bed tiredly till he falls asleep.
