It feels like yesterday when we ran up that hill and laughed and screamed our lungs out. I can never forget how your eyes beamed lights of delight and happiness on the day you turned seventeen, how first snow fell on your jet black hair like painting a thousands stars and I realised I fell in love with you. I miss them, our glory days that nothing compares, that no worries, no cares. Our time is melting snow flakes, dripping between the gaps of my fingers. You took it all with you, two winters ago when you left.

I didn't take the chances to say I loved you. I had plenty at hands but I din't. No, I was too afraid to. And maybe because of that I haven't let go of you. That one time you said keeps repeating in my mind "Sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead."
