I roll my eyes at the message. So he is serious about having lunch together. I heave a sigh. As much as I hate going out with him, I still have to do this. Remember, Violet, this is for Amylia. Be strong!

We’ll arrive at the mall at 12.

Alright, I’ll see you there at 12 then. Which restaurant?

Marche. Is that okay for you and your friends?

I scoff immediately when I read that. Who knows how many girls he has used that line on. This just ticks me off, seriously. But I push my hatred away, for the sake of having my revenge. I straighten my pose and write him a reply.

I lock my phone and then I throw myself on the bed. I have a feeling that tomorrow wont end with only just a lunch, oh Lord.

The next day I pick Kim up at her house. She’s wearing a maroon blouse and a black short, her usual style.

“Hello.” She greets me as soon as she sits in my car.

“Hi Kim.” I greet her back.

“We’ll meet Kai there?” She asks and then I nod.

“Alright, let’s do this.” She pats my shoulder and then I push my foot on the pedal, speeding through the highway.

Once we reach the mall, we straight away make our way to Marche restaurant. When we are there, I scan the restaurant. And of course, who would miss a table full of 6 good looking boys. I see Kai right at that instant. He stands up upon seeing me and then slightly bows to me once I reach his side. He has his smiles plastered upon his pretty face.

“You made it.” Kai speaks. I bow back at him.

“Hello Kai.” I say. He then smiles at Kim who is standing beside me and greets her. Apparently, Kai has left one sit empty beside him, and another empty chair is located next to Luhan, and that is where Kim is sitting.

There are Kai, Luhan, Sehun, D.O, Tao and Baekhyun with us today. And I have always love this restaurant. I love the layout. It’s like wandering around an European market and selecting fresh product available at the street stalls. Kai choose to walk with me when I stand up to pick my meal, which somehow annoyed the hell out of me but I ignore my feeling and walk with him instead.

“What meal you want to have?” Kai asks me.

“I want to get some pasta and maybe some pizza. You?” I ask him back.

“Pasta and pizza it is then.” He asnwers and I look up to him. Now standing by his side, his features starts to become more noticeable. He has this strong jawline that makes him look so manly and that well arranged teeth that appear whenever he smiles makes everything better. I only realise that he has that thick y eyelashes and I actually admire the way his eyes disappears when he smiles. If I don’t know any better, I’d say I’m looking at some runaway model. , what the hell did I just said? I shake my head abruptly, trying to snap out from that absurd thoughts. This dude right here, is betting on me. And I’m using him as a mean of retribution. So, wake up, Violet.

“We’re here.” Kai stops in front of the pasta’s stall.

“Ahhh yeah.” I startle and then I straight away walk forward to look at the menu. He follows me and stand beside me.
