They exist in both darkness and light. Perhaps tears are the most sincere form of communication, yet why do I communicate so much when no one is around to listen?

This story is an avid fan’s tale on the journeys of Kang Gary based on the highly popular and successful variety show: Running Man. Although the story revolves on the events broadcasted in the show and its characters, the contents are purely fictional. One can only hope that a similar story will eventuate in real life (with a few exceptions). Monday Couple forever!

Foreword

Kang Gary, a simple man who came from an unspectacular background, led life in a simple way. Enjoying life, enjoying the company of friends, enjoying music and dance. After breaking through with Leessang, arguably the best hip-hop duo in the Korean Music industry, was invited to be a part of Running Man, a new Korean Variety show. Little did he know what this chapter of life would bring him. How he could feel the very heights of joy and ecstasy at the same time, the very pangs of despair and sadness. For this brought her into his life...

 

 

Characters:

Kang Gary:                 Member of Runningman, Main rapper of LeeSsang, Part of the Monday Couple with Song Jihyo, single.

Song Jihyo:                Member of Runningman, Actress, Part of the Monday Couple with Kang Gary, in a relationship with Baek Chang-joo.

Kim Jong Kook:          Member of Runningman, Singer, former member of Turbo, close personal friend of Kang Gary.

Ha Doon Hoon:           Member of Runningman, Singer, also known as Haha, close personal friend of Kang Gary.

Yoo Jae Suk:             Main MC and member of Runningman, the Nation's MC, close personal friend of Kang Gary.

Gil Seong-joon:           Main vocalist of LeeSsang, also known as Gil, long time close friend of Kang Gary.

Baek Chang-joo:         Founder and CEO of CJES Entertainment, boss and boyfriend of Song Jihyo.

 

Supporting characters: Lee Kwangsoo, Ji Suk Jin, Park Sue-ji, Byul, Lee Min-ah
