Chapter 5: Confusion ?

SNSD Dorms

Yuri was sitting on her bed with her phone in her hand. She had been staring at it for about a half hour waiting for that text or call from that someone. Minho. *Sigh. "He obviously isn't interested in me yuri thought tapping her fingers on her iphone. "Unless he dropped the napkin somewhere?"

"Hurry up and call !" Yuri pouted as she lay back on her bed. "You ok?" Hyoyeon asked raising her eyebrow at a distressed Kwon Yuri on the bed.  Yuri immediately popped back up. "I've been waiting for an important call and i haven't got it yet."  "Lemme guess this IMPORTANT call is suppose to be Minho?"

Yuris cheeks flushed. "Yes it is he hasn't even texted or called !" Hyoyeon laughed "Give him time he has a whole lifetime to call you." Yuri frowned "Well if its gonna take him that long i might as well call Nichkhun up." Hyoyeon glared at her. "What?"i got his number a couple of weeks back." "Well why don't you call him then?" Yuri scratched her head "Who minho or Nichkhun or both ?" Hyoyeon hit her on the arm "No Minho!"

"I'll wait a couple more hours." Yuri grinned looking at her phone. "Wow you really are deperate." Hyoyeon said picking up her handbag. Yuri poked her tounge out. "Where are you going?" Yuri asked "Out to lunch with Onew." before yuri could dig up all the details Hyoyeon was out the door in a flash.

Cafe

Hyoyeon walked into the cafe and saw onew waiting patiently at one of the tables.

"Onew!" Onew looked up to see Hyoyeon standing there "Hey nice to see you again." Onew stood up and pulled out a chair for Hyoyeon. "Thanks."  Hyoyeon smiled as she sat down.

The waiter came round to their table. "What can i get you two?" Hyoyeon looked at Onew "What would you like Hyoyeon?" "Oh a coffee would be fine thanks." Hyoyeon smiled. "Okay just two white coffees then please?" "So what are the rest of the boys doing today?" Hyoyeon asked breaking the silence.

"Ah well Jonghyun had a radio interview, Taemin Key and Minho are on  star king today." "Oh i love star king." Hyoyeon said clapping her hands. "Seohyun, Sooyoung Yoona and I are on it next week."

Hyoyeons phone starts ringing. "Sorry Onew can i please take this?" Onew smiled "Yeah for sure i won't stop you." Hyoyeon walked outside ao take the call.

Onew sat in the cafe drinking his coffee and heard his phone vibrating. Picking it up he saw that it was a text message from Tiffany. "Hey Onew whats happening? we should hang out sometime dinner last night was fun!" Onew use to like Tiffany, they were  close however rumours circulated that she was seeing 2PM's Wooyoung,  later on it was revealed it was true. *Sigh. "Should i text her back? I mean we're only friends anyway." Onew thought tapping his fingers on the table.

"Onew i'm so sorry i have to go somethings come up and my schedule has somehow become UNFREE, i'll make it up to you sometime?" Onew felt a little sad but understood the situation. "Its ok another time then." Hyoyeon smiled patting him on the shoulder "Thank you so much i owe you i must go now catch you later." Before he knew it she was out the door in a split second.

"Maybe i should text Tiffany." Onew muttered grabbing his phone out.

SNSD Dorms

Yuri sat on her bed STILL waiting for Minho to call. No luck.

"Hmpff.. he doesn't even have the balls to call me!" Yuri got up grabbing her towel heading towards the bathroom.

Meanwhile at Shinee dorms

Minho was sitting at the kitchen table staring at his phone. "Call yuri or not? Call Yuri or not?" These words kept floating in the back of his mind. "Maybe if i stare at the phone long enough it will call her for me,  Minho remarked who am i kidding?" Suddenly his phone started ringing.

"Yes i will be there soon."  Minho grabbed his jacket and headed out the door

SM Entertainment Building

"Ok Hyoyeon i have called you in here to ask you if you wanted to go on "Dream team" seeing as your very athletic and i think you would enjoy it! exclaimed SNSD's manager, so what you say?"

Hyoyeon jumped at the idea of appearing on Dream team with snsd members and other idol members. "Yes i would love too!" Hyoyeon left the office and ran to the rehearsal room to inform the girls of the good news.

"Guys guess what?!" All the members were stretching getting ready for dance pracitce. Jessica turned around "Oh i know... your late." glaring at Hyoyeon. "Sorry... i'm going on dream team !!" Sunny and yoona cheered, and seohyun smiled. "Thats great Hyo!" exclaimed Taeyeon. Tiffany, and Yuri walked in "I can't believe we're going on dream team wahooo!" Hyoyeon turned round "You guys going too?" "Yup we sure are tiffany smiled, manager said you are too!" The three girls started jumping up and down with excitement.

"I wanna be on it too." pouted Sooyoung. Sunny glared at her "Your clumsiness will get us last place among all the idols." Seohyun laughed hitting Sunny on the back.  "Well we all know Hyoyeon is athletic so we should win," Taeyeon said looking at hyoyeon. "If you come back to the dorm as a loser i will kill you." Sooyoung said as she put her fist up.

"Hey i heard some of the other idols joining dream team are 2pm  shinee  Kara and after school." Yuri said "Yeah Krystal is as well, i hope she doesn't hurt herself." Jessica said looking slightly concerned.

"Don't worry Jess we will be there i'm sure she will be fine." Tiffany reassured smiling at Sica.

"Ok lets start rehearsal guys." Taeyeon said walking towards the stereo.

*End of rehearsal back at SNSD dorms

"Minho still hasn't rung me!!" Yuri thought glancing at her phone. "You know staring at your cellphone won't do anything unnie." Yuri looked up to see Seohyun leaning against the door frame. "Yeah i know, its just that i was hoping he would call straight away, Yuri paused... man i am desperate." Seohyun giggled walking over to the bed "Your not, he WILL call just be patient don't stress yourself out your making me worry."

"Mianhe ok i'll stop just for you, don't want  our little maknae worried." Yuri said pinching seohyuns cheeks.

In the kitchen Taeyeon, Sunny Hyoyeon  were preparing dinner and sooyoung was setting up the table..

Yoona, Tiffany, and Jessica were watching television. "Hey star king is on!" Yuri and Seohyun walked in. "Yay i love star king!" Seohyun cheered as she plomped herself on the couch. "Look Shinee's on there too." Yoona said pointing at the tv set. Seohyun looked at Yuri "See no wonder he hasn't called you yet because he is on star king." Yuri let out a relieved sigh. Jessica Tiifany and Yoona all looked at Yuri. "What?"

"You gave Minho Dongsaeng your cellphone number?" Yoona couldn't help but laugh. "Aww thats cute Yul." Tiffany said smiling at Yuri. "More like gross." Jessica said trying to concentrate on the tv. "Yeah says the girl who turns from ice princess to lovesick schoolgirl whenever the name JONGHYUN is menchaned." Yuri said nudging Seohyun.

Girls erupt into laughter. "Girls dinner is ready, better hurry up before Sooyoung eats it all." Sunnys voice echoed through the apartment. "Shut up sungmin." Sooyoung teased hitting her on the head with a spoon.

"Ok settle down girls lets eat, im hungry." Taeyeon said clapping her hands.

Shinee dorms

"Man i'm tired." taemin said as Minho and Key followed behind.

"I'm hungry." Key said heading towards the kitchen

Minho looked at his phone checking his inbox "NO NEW MESSAGES" *Sigh He reached in his jacket for the napkin and saved Yuri's number in his phoneand then dialled her number.

SNSD Dorms

"This food is great girls." Jessica said gobbling up her food Yuri's phone started ringing. Taeyeon glared at her "Yuri -ah what did i tell you about having your phone with you at dinner?" Yuri glanced at her phone OUTGOING CALL CHOI MINHO. "Yahhh unnie i have to take this its important." Yuri ran out of the dining area and out onto the porch.

"Yeoboseyo." "Yuri?" Yuri was relieved to finally hear Minho's deep voice on the other end. "Yes is this you minho?" Yuri said curiously "Yes it is." Yuri frowned. "Yah it takes you the whole day to call me?" she yelled "Mianhe yuri noona i was busy and just got home." Yuri decided to give in she couldn't help but forgive the guy. "It's ok Minho, whats up?" "Oh nothing much what about yourself.?" Yuri smiled "Oh just having dinner." "I was just thinking about you and decided to call you." Yuri giggled saying "Really?" Minho laughed "Yes you have been on my mind all day." Yuri felt her cheeks burn up like a hot furnace.

"Well keep me in your thoughts regularly won't you Minho-sshi?" "I will, i have to go Key's yelling at me to fix dinner hope to talk soon Yuri." "Me too annyeong Minho." "Bye Yuri."

Yuri's heart was beating at the speed of light and her stomach was filled with butterflies. She went back to dinner pretending it was a wrong number trying so hard to hide the excitement and happiness evolving inside of her.

Shinee dorms

"Wow did i just say that to Kwon Yuri,  Minho thought scratching his head guess only time will tell if she feels the same."

"Minho if you don't get in here i'm going to die of starvation and boredom!" Key screeched

"Yeah i'm coming don't get your diva panties in a twist." Minho smirked walking into the kitchen
