Foreword
If you have not read the little teaser to this, it's in my blog, or click the link: http://www.asianfanfics.com/blog/view/724546
Anyways, I've been writing this story since July and it's super long, so I'd thought I'd just start posting the first few chapters, and stuff. Honestly, I'm in love with it. So much so that I didn't want to write anything else for a while, much to the chagrin of my co-author on I Wish, kp_bmw (kidding, I know you love this story, too). I have a lot of editing to do on this, so other than the first chapter, it won't be posted right away. And to be super nice, I'm posting the first chapter tonight. No guarantees on when I'll get the next one up.
Take note that just because I don't write a certain pairing in the tags, does not mean it's not going to be in here. I got a lot of characters and hints of relationships that are only touched upon, like Yunjae.
I want to say though, the first chapter might not make much sense. There will be things said like, "pureblood" or "bloodking" that might make you a bit confused, but trust me, they will be defined in the second chapter. Just please give it a chance.
Anyways, here's the normal excerpt:
“I want your pureblood master,” he declared, as if it wasn’t already obvious.
“And what makes you think he would come after us?” I asked, despite knowing exactly why he would.
“Both of you are his chosen,” he said, as he once again approached us, gracefully walking over to Jongwoon again, and without warning, lifted his black t-shirt. He smirked, holding the shirt up and revealing a delicate design of what looked like leafless black vines that swirled and crossed over each other, starting at his heart and extending out to the base of his neck, shoulders, and wrapping around his back. The lines ranged from thick to thin, and were a dark black color, looking almost like the tattoos humans would get, but darker – a striking contrast to the skin there. “And your brother is his own personal blood bank. Jongwoon is his sponsa sanguineus, or bloody bride in this detestable tongue, and their bond is the closest to any human marriage we vampyres can get. To think, though, it’s typically only between a pureblood, who doesn’t need blood and one of his chosen dhampyres.” Leeteuk dropped the shirt, dusted his hands and rose up to his full height.
“How sentimental,” he scoffed.
