Everyone thinks that mainly the leader has it tough, only the leader working exceptionally hard, getting pushed by the company and taking care of the group, in this case, Boyfriend. Donghyun then recieves extra care and time for a day off whenever possible, as both the members and starship feel he's the one most stressed and exhausted....

However on the other hand, everyone also thinks the maknae has it easy, always mainly has the least work and schedules being the youngest, and the just have to aegyo in order for them to get whatever they want. Minwoo then tries to take some of the burdens, accepting work that starship offers him, in order to relieve Donghyun of some of his work...

But what if this exchange has gone too far? What if it has got to the point, where Minwoo accepts too much work, and Donghyun lets go of too much work, that their roles are seemingly reversed? Worst of all, no one seems to be noticing the change in both leader and maknae. The only one suffering in silence was the one taking the burdens. What would Donghyun become? Can Minwoo cope? How will the members react if they finally noticed, or will they notice too late?
