Calm yourself Eunsoo! This isn't the end of the world... is just your first day on a new high school! You'll introduce yourself with a smile on your face and your classmates will be gentle with you!
That was what I was thinking before I walked through the school's gate. I was so nervous that I wanted to scream for my father or run away to another country. Yep, I was crazy.
The building itself was a little bit poor and there was lots of grape-vines and moss on the walls. From the spot that I was, it could be seen dust on the windows and on the further side, sports uniforms were getting dry in the cold breeze of the morning. In conclusion: a normal school with normal structure.
The school bell rang, I rechecked my schedule, my locker combination and the school's map once again. I was in 2-A class, called the nerd's class as well. Cool... I hope it's a quiet and peaceful class.
I saw a teacher walking down the corridor, heading to my classroom, he was bold and short, however, he wasn't as short as me since I was a tiny-height girl, it made me feel relieved because I thought that I wouldn't stand out, for the first time this season I was glad.
"Can I help you?" He asked with a confused frown.
"Y-Yes hmm... I'm the new student of... 2-A class... hmm..." I was so nervous, the words didn't flow so equally like I wished to.
C'mon, don't be nervous now... it's a teacher!
"Oh, I was waiting for you at teacher's room, but since you're here now, I'll introduce you to your classmates." He smiled kindly at me.
"Okay." I took and deep breath and mentally prepared myself for the next step.
