Sungmin and Kyuhyun had been together for almost 2 years, Kyuhyun had an accident and after 6 months of being admitted at the hospital, he suddenly broke up with Sungmin. Sungmin is still in deep loneliness and still can't understand why Kyuhyun broke up with him.
