I passed by her again. Same time every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday she’s outside of her house as I pass by. Slowing down on this street I took a better glance at her. This time her hair was down brushing against her back as she lugged medium sized boxes down her drive way. Dropping the boxes next to the garbage bins, she lets out a huff then lifts her head. My heart race as I started to panic. . I sped up not wanting to linger to found out if she saw me staring at her or not. Looking in the rearview mirror, I saw her peering down the street in my direction. She saw me. I mentally slapped myself. She must think I’m a stalker, which I’m not in any shape or form. Just a normal person who knows she comes out of her house around 2:30pm out of three days of the week. I let out a sigh. I can’t even convince myself. Though I may show stalker-like tendencies it only started when she moved in my neighborhood. As I continued my route to work, I thought back to that moment two weeks ago.

The harsh morning light hits Soohyuk’s face as he layed in bed. Rolling over he mumbled curses to the sun as he pulled the blanket over his face. As soon he did that his alarm sound off. Another set of curses flew out his mouth as groggily sits up and began his morning routine. After brushing his teeth and taking a quick shower, he went into his closet to change. Picking out what to wear wasn’t difficult for him as it would be for others. Reason being his clothes only varied from hues of grey, white, and black. Dressing himself in a black collar button down shirt, black slimming jeans, and black dress shoes. The only pop of color he had on him was the gold watch he planted on his wrist.

Letting out a sigh, Soohyuk opened his mouth to complain and he stops himself there. He told himself to never complain about his life even when he wanted to. He’s blessed to have a lavish life, wear rare designer brands and to even have a career as a model, but he feel like his career is dormant. Yes, he has things going on in Korea, but he misses being on the runaway internationally and yet again he won’t complain. Gathering everything he needs, Soohyuk heads out the door, locking it, and then enters his white Audi A5. Backing out of his driveway, he started his way on his usual route to work when it was the third house down from his caught his attention. Someone is moving in, he thought while looking at the large white and orange moving truck. His eyes adverted to the smaller car next to it, a Porsche Panamera Turbo S, and noticed a girl in a graphic tee and acid washed shorts washing the car. Or more like trying to. Despite wearing wedge sneakers, the girl jumps up and down trying to wash the roof of the car. Soohyuk slightly chuckled to himself finding her actions a bit cute. Giving up on the roof, she moves on to the hood, but another problem occurred. Her arms aren’t long enough to reach the middle, so every time she leans over to reach, her shorts scoot up showing a bit of her . Soohyuk quickly looks at the moving truck, blinking repeatedly.

Looking at her again, she was more in a position where he can see her face more clearly-and that’s when she smiled. His breath hitches in his throat. She’s breathtaking. From the distance he was at, he could see the deep dimples in her cheeks. Her eyes curved upwards into a C-shape as her red lips framed her perfect teeth. Such a genuine smile. He hasn’t seen a genuine smile in a while considering the type of business he’s in.

That image of her smile pops up time to time. It’s such an infectious smile that I catch myself smiling when I think about it. Everything about this girl is cute. Her smile, her actions, her height even down to her small cute . Is it natural to be thinking about this? About a girl I’ve never even spoke to, just watch from afar? Yes, it is. Perfectly natural that I’m curious because she’s my new neighbor and I should get to know the people that live around me. I shall introduce myself soon as I can, it is, after all the neighborly thing to do.
